Very good customer service
I like the lighting and effects, but this melter has a very small heating surface and will not fully melt the wax in the provided tray.EDIT: Seller reached out to me to offer a full refund. I didn’t feel right accepting it since I was still using one I purchased. Seller sent me a new one that works much better. I appreciate it as I was just going to keep the one I had.THANK YOU!

More beautiful than functional
I love the effect of this warmer. It’s like the northern lights on crack. The lights move fast. The pic shows one cube of wax after approximately 2-3 days of being on the whole time. 3 stars because it’s not very effective at warming the wax, but it does look really neat. The timer feature is very handy, although I just let it run as a nightlight and all during the day for the looks.

Works well but a few flaws
I like this wax melter a lot. This wax melter works well but is a bit slow to melt the wax which may be remedied with a higher wattage bulb. The metal decorations on the outside are a bit flimsy as well. It is a good wax melter in general and I would recommend it for occasional wax melting.

Doesn’t get very warm
I love the light display and the timer setting. The warmer doesn’t melt the wax completely, which I find strange, and the case on the control keeps popping open, exposing the circuit board, so that i have to put it back together. It’s not bad, but it could be better.

Great product
I got this because I missed Alaska’s Northern Lights and it’s perfect. Beautiful and changes colors in a calm manner. I ordered the disposable liners with this so it wouldn’t get dirty, would recommend that.

Inadequate Melting
**Update**Bought this in March 2023 and ever since then Customer service has sent me countless emails offering a refund in exchange for deleting my review. Consumers need honest reviews to make informed opinions and I don’t respect a company that would rather pay to silence critics than improve their product.**Original Review**This melter is gorgeous and makes a great decorative night light. However, it doesn’t seem to get hot enough to fully melt the wax and release the smell. (As the photo shows, the edges of the wax were still not fully melted despite having it on all night).It also makes a faint whirring sound, which might suite folks who like white noise, but really bugs me.The customer service is good though. My first order came without the tray and they sent me a replacement quickly when I put in the request.

Does not get hot enough
Arrived with a lot of the thin metal outer decor bent and broken presumably from shipping. Device does not get hot enough to release the scent from wax melts. Avoid this product. Lights are very nice. Functionality not so much.

It has one job to melt wax. Turning it on for hours. It has pretty light so I liked but never melted the wax to create any scent. It doesn’t do the job It was made for.

Perfect birthday gift
The colors are so much more vibrant than any of the pictures show and the scent lasts for a long time after it has been switched off. The lights dance the way the actual Northern Lights are supposed to and get quicker the longer it is on. The timer function works flawlessly and will shut off on the dot. This is a wonderful birthday gift.

Loud and didn’t last long
This this look cool. But… the light and spinning thing on the inside broke after about 2 months. It is loud and doesn’t melt on the edges of the wax. After about 3 months not only did the cool outside light brake but the whole thing did. The timmer just flashes. Just get something different.

My favorite wax warmer I’ve ever had! Its seriously beautiful and works amazing. There is different power modes to instead of just on and off you can turn on and automatic shut off after so many hours. Highly recommend.

Light quit working
My first warmer came and the light wouldn’t work at all. I sent for a replacement which worked great, though it doesn’t get hot always to comp,Evelyn melt the wax. The light has now quit working and it does not turn anymore. The warmer still appears to work. I looked inside the warmer to see if the light was an easy replacement but couldn’t really tell and I’m usually pretty handy that way. I’ve had it for 6 months. Its too bad the lights are not consistent on these.

Hmmm….
Purchased this the end of March and the light went out last week (November). No big deal, I’ll just change the light, right. Nope… unless someone else has figured this out… took apart and there is not a bulb or really anything I can figured out what needs to be changed.Dang it! It looked great while it worked!

Doesn’t last long
Hasn’t even been six months and it already stopped working. All of a sudden it just started flashing. I unplugged it and it won’t turn back on. I loved the look but so disappointed in the longevity.
