Good buy
Looked at a bunch of these before settling on this one. Bought for the office. Generally spend 1 day a week or every 10 days that I concentrate on making a tub full of ice to last until next time. Very easy to operate. Very quiet! Makes ice fast. Overall I am extremely pleased with this little ice maker.

Great little ice maker
So far I’ve had this great little ice maker for a month and a half (July 16, 2024) and I love it. I use filtered water so there’s no hard water buildup and the ice is fresh and clear. This particular machine has two sizes to choose from. It also has a self-clean selection but it’s really easy to clean manually. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Works great, impressive for this price.
The media could not be loaded.
We have temporary quarters where there’s no ice maker in the refrigerator, so we bought this, we’ve been able to make quite a few ice cubes with this, we bag them then throw them in the freezer and we’re good to go….Big Tip… if you need a lot of ice cubes or you need them fast, it will produce them faster if the water that you put in it, is very cold already… so I refrigerate a pitcher of water get it very cold then the ice cubes fly out of the machine.

This works perfectly! Last two didn’t last very long. So far I am very happy with this one and if it goes out in 6 months, then I got what I paid for! No complaints!

Perfect for extra ice to supplement small ice maker on fridge
We got this ice make when we found our fridge ice maker struggling to produce the large amount of ice we were needing. This provides enough ice for two people in a short amount of time with minimal effort of adding the water, pressing start, and removing the ice.

Love it
I was a little skeptical when I first started this ice maker up. But after I let I go without standing over it I realized how much I love it! I’ve been making ice to store in freezer to have when needed and boy is it nice. I’ve done over 5 bags now and it’s still going great. It’s so easy to use and it’s nice looking. I haven’t made it on the small cubes yet but am happy with the bigger size. I run it while I’m working in the kitchen so I can empty the hopper and keep it going.

works great
Works great and love the size of the ice. We don’t leave it on full time because the ice eventually melts but make some and put it in a freezer bag in the freezer for use as we need it. Then start it back up when we need it.

My freezer ice maker broke and I Bought this instead
Been using it for a few months, once a week to fill up the ice tray in my freezer. The first set of ice is pretty small that I often have to let it melt. It takes about 2 to 3 hours to fill a typical freezer ice tray. Speed wise, I think it’s a bit slow because I don’t see how it would make enough ice at a party unless you have a starting batch.

Nice!
I have had other brand of ice maker for about 5 years. It finally died I bought this one to replace it. It seems smaller but makes ice. Some people talked about how wet the ice was. I find that the water doesn’t seem to drain off this ice as it did the other ice machine in other words not as wet. I really like this one better. Hope it last.

It performs just as advertised
I spend a lot of time on the second floor. I placed this Ice-maker upstairs and It does perform Sure enough every 9 min I hear the ice dropping out. Enough to keep me supplied for time spent. I laugh when I read the advertisement. If you want an Ice maker to keep you supplied for your personal use> Great, for a party go buy your Ice in Bulk!

It’s been a reliable workhorse so far.
When our ice maker in fridge hasn’t been keeping up with our household demands, with all our family Stanley’s and water bottles before work & school & sports….tired of buying ice at store. After looking for awhile, we finally picked one. We bought ours at end of June & have used it daily…having it running nearly constantly during hours we are home & awake for last 2 months so far, adding new water & putting unused ice in container in freezer. It was amazing while RV vacationing this summer & reduced our need for purchasing ice on vacation. We have had zero issues and it has been a great purchase, definitely worth the $79 paid.

It works really well to make icecubes. During the heatwave last week, this machine is a savior because my frig didn’t make icecubes enough for us. It’s also very helpful for a party. We didn’t need to buy ice bag.

Fast ice turnout
The ice maker is not too bulky. It turns out ice quickly I use cold filtered water it does not keep ice cold so you have to remove your ice and put it in the freezer, but I didn’t find it inconvenient. Once you fill it with water it makes a good amount of ice on one filling, there is no beep that indicates your ice is done but you will hear the ice drop, there is also no sound when the water needs to be refilled a light ontop will light red when it sences the ice basket is full or it needs more water. It is pretty quite with a light fan noise. The quality is good and it is efficient. For the price it does what is expected you get ice fast it’s portable. Some reviews didn’t like the fact that it doesn’t actually keep your ice cold but it would definitely cost more and the machine would have to be bigger to house that type of motor so keep that in mind. It’s made to be portable and make ice quickly about 6 minutes and it dose that so I’m happy with my purchase.

Great little ice maker
Bought this for our travel trailer since we only have a small fridge with no ice maker and I got tired of buying ice all the time. It fits perfectly on top of our water cooler which makes for convenient filling of the ice maker tank – just lift the lid and dump it in.It works very well making ice quickly and is pretty quiet. Being able to make 2 sizes of ice is a nice versatile feature. It is also easy to clean. We use RO filtered water and haven’t noticed any tastes from the ice maker.Since we’re off grid using solar power, electricity usage is a concern and this unit doesn’t use very much power, less than 200w.The ice holding area is not refrigerated so you need to use the ice or move it to the freezer, but if you don’t get to it right away, the ice will melt and the water will drop back into the tank for the next batch.

Makes ice!
Ok, we have been using this ice maker daily. So far, no issues. Senses when the bucket is full and stops making ice. The ice stays solid for a good while. Few cons, if you’d even consider them cons… the little scooper is awkward to use and I wish it had a wee bit bigger capacity. But completely satisfied with purchase.

Amazing
I love this thing and I brought it to college with me. It is very easy to use. It does not keep the ice cold after it makes it but they do stay relatively unmelted in the ice maker for a longish period of time. You need to make sure the fans on the side aren’t being covered by anything or it’ll get too hot. But I just move the ice over into my mini freezer after I am done making it. It makes ice super quick, and I would recommend it to anyone without a fridge that makes ice but also still has access to storage in a freezer.

Works awesome!
Got this for the office because one worker kept begging for ice cubes in the office. this makes ice really quickly. We just turn it on and go about our work and pretty soon we have a basket full of ice. i think it takes 6 mins for each batch of 9 cubes, but multiple 6 mins goes by fast. only issue is that the only part that is cold is the ice cube forming area, and the basket is outside of that, so the ice cubes will begin to melt back into the water holding area if you forget get your ice cubes.

Great little icemaker
My expectations were not high when ordering this ice maker but I’m pleased to say that it has far exceeded my expectations. Great little ice maker for a reasonable price! It does indeed produce the first ice cubes within 6 minutes of startup and makes enough ice for a bunch of beverages in a short time. You can choose two sizes of cubes. Important to know two things: the “hopper” in the ice maker is not huge and will automatically stop making ice when full. So if you want a whole bunch of ice I recommend having a container to transfer cubes to your freezer so that the ice maker can make more ice. The second thing to know is that you have to fill the ice maker with water either from the tap or filtered or bottled water if you prefer. It holds enough water to make at least a couple of batches of ice.

Perfect for my needs
LOVE IT! It froze about ¼ cup of water into 9 bullet-shaped chunks of ice in about 8 minutes. Perfect single serving! The bin that comes with it holds about 2 +/- cups of ice and it fills up in about an hour. Once that’s done, I store the ice in my freezer. I’ll never empty another ice tray! I wish I’d bought this YEARS ago. It’s quiet, too. Highly recommended.

Works great for single person
I’ve had this about 3 months and I’m really liking it. Very easy set up. I have mine in the living room. I turn it on about 1 hour before I leave to work and can fill my 24 Oz water bottle full of ice and make iced tea. I have had no problem with leaking. I have only made the large cubes of ice. The ice cubes make very soft fluffy snow cones from my snow cone machine. Store ice made crystal chunks. The noisest thing this makes is when it drops the ice into the basket. I have well water and have not ran the clean cycle yet. I’m pleased with my purchase and it makes me fresh ice within 10 or so minutes to have a cold drink and plenty of ice to make a pitcher of iced tea by boiling water and loose tea within an hour.

I like this unit better than my previous one
This is actually my second ice maker. My first one was probably made by the same manufacturer since it make the ice the same way and it uses the same ice catching bin. The main difference I saw was this machine has a handle (old one did not have a carrying handle), it has a separate cleaning button (old one required holding the power button for 10 seconds), and it has and air vent opening on the left and right sides So air can be pulled in one side and blown out other (old one one had an exhaust vent). Most of these claim 9 ice cubes in a small or large bullet size and claim it makes them in 6 minutes. Although the old one still works I needed a little more ice than it could make so it gave me a chance to try a newer model. No difference in the ice coming out. The handle is the best feature for one handed carrying vs using both hands to carry the old. Both have a drain plug on the bottom. Although it recommends running the cleaning once a week I’ve never really done that. Every time I’m using ice I end up adding fresh water to replace what I took out as ice cubes so the water is just there for a day or two depending on how much ice I use. If you take out the ice bin there is a fill line for the water. As my pro hint, I turn off the ice maker and leave the ice bin in and fill it until I just notice the water touch the bottom of the ice bin. Even going over a little doesn’t hurt it. I then turn the machine on. As it sucks the water up there’s no water touching the bin anymore. Now when you first put water in it the ice doesn’t last as long. It starts to last longer as the water inside becomes chilled. Filling it with cold water will make the cubes last longer. Only the section that makes the ice has a freezer. The rest of the unit isn’t a freezer so the ice will slowly melt but the water is reused to make more ice. Both units I have isn’t completely sealed and it is possible for tiny insects to get in. I tend to lift the ice bin to glance at the water to make sure nothing is in there. The water holder is white plastic so it’s easy to see if anything is in there. Now I use filtered water to reduce chance of any buildup in the machine and I don’t have to run any cleaning solution through it.

This is the best appliance! Highly recommend!
I drink TONS of ice water. I cannot have an ice maker in my fridge due to well water. A bag of ice in my community is $2.34 for a 7# bag. This machine has already paid for itself. It dumps ice quickly, it isn’t too loud, easy to operate and maintain. The design is nice so I don’t mind leaving it on the counter. Such a cool product, no more ice trays for me!

Practical
Easy to use and works quite quickly. The only thing is you can’t wait until basket is full to empty ice (it takes multiple ‘cycles’ to fill basket) because the ice will start to melt. So after a couple cycles, I dump and put in the freezer.

Tiny ice tray, wet, does not store ice
It’s fine, as long as you have your own ice trays to store in your freezer. The ice basket in this unit is so tiny, so it fills up, the red “full” light goes on, and it does not keep little dry, intact ice cubes for you to scoop out at your leisure. And the enclosed scoop is a flimsy piece of plastic that should be tossed in the trash. The ice melts on the bottom after sitting there for a long time, and sometimes it’s just a huge clump of ice at the end of the day. A tiny ice chest it is not. Yes, the ice is “wet”, as other reviewers have noted. I keep it on and scoop out the “bullet ice” onto a tray in my freezer until those are full, and then I just turn it off.

Good Icemaker
We bought this icemaker to be used in our RV. However, we have found it very useful when having get togethers or on days when the icemaker in the refrigerator just doesn’t put out enough. The PRO’s are that it does produce ice quickly and is pretty quiet. Also, my husband loves crunching ice & this produces the perfect texture for eating. The CON’s would be that the ice is pretty porous so you do need to make sure to shift it into a freezer quickly, so you need to be able to give it attention while it is producing. I found we can empty the ice into the freezer & then fill gallon ziplock baggies once the ice is frozen hard & we always have plenty on hand.

Just got my new ice maker. Unpacked and cleaned it. It feels like it’s a good weight. It is quiet to me. With the sound meter directly on the machine I got a reading of 64dB. Fifteen feet away I got a reading of 50dB. It’s quiet to me and I would be able to take a nap if it was running. It a nice fan sound, nothing clanky. It take 6 1/2 minutes to make the ice. It’s a keeper.
