You have to sing directly into the top of the thing to be loud
I saw someone using a similar mic and thought I’d pick one up. It has an odd number of ports I don’t think are well explained but the real issue is you have to point the very top of the mic directly at your mouth to have good amplification. The pick-up pattern of the mic is in a narrow cone on top of the crown. Most people just want to hold it in front of their face and speak into the side of the mic. You have to explain to everyone to point the top right at your mouth. Not a great experience, in my opinion. I mean, it is a cheap karaoke mic. It will do but don’t expect anything like a real mic.

Wow!
This is impressive. I’m giving this as a present to my soon to be 3yr old son.. I gave it a go for myself, as zi was checking to see what kind of batteries I needed to put in it so he wasn’t disappointed upon opening… and to my delight, you can charge it, and it comes with the USB charging cord! I turned it on and the volume, echo, and the voice changing options are IMPRESSIVE! I just don’t know what possessed me to buy this when he drives me crazy all day with the endless repeating of all things he sees. Now it will just be louder, Lol! Your only one young once… I remember I had a microphone that connected to the radio when I was a little girl, I loved it! This is really neat… and I didn’t check out the rest of the options but I doubt it will disappoint! I’m excited for his birthday in 3 days… I can update the review with the results of his findings!!

Great! Until the charging port breaks
This microphone is great and my son has used it a lot. Took it to a karaoke party with friends and had a blast. But now the problems is that the charging port lost the piece on the inside where the cord connects and it can no longer be charged.

A big hit
My kiddo, a 9 yo boy, loved this! The aqua color of the microphone was fun. It lights up. Has 4 voice changer modes among w regular. Can turn the music up or the mic volume which is nice feature. Easy to connect to my other device. Only downfall is that you have to stay close to the device you are connected to via Bluetooth. The range is not big. But in the living room it’s great. Great purchase. My 5 yo old also loved it.

My daughter loves it. It’s super easy to play songs off YouTube and then you have the lyrics. Us adults have fun with it at times. I will say for parents it may be one of the most annoying gifts ever but they’re only young once right.

Tons of fun for my classroom!
I bought this to start karaoke club in my classroom. My students loved the voice effects and bluetooth connectivity. We found we needed to sing pretty close to the microphone and it can be difficult to share with a group. (So far still works after the head being sprayed with Microban for several months!)

Wont stay charged
Worked great while charged. Went to charge it and it only stayed charging for about 5 minutes before it quit and you had to unplug and replug it back in so it would continue to charge. Super disappointed. Note seller refunded my money and i used it to get a new charger that works fine now.

I love this thing. I got this to use for family gatherings and my little cousins loved it! We did pretend play and karaoke. Even the drunk adults at the gatherings wanted to use it lol.The sound is actually loud I really wasn’t expecting it to be lout. There is good clarity. Connecting it to my Tv or my phone was easy and it’s not heavy and we loved the different modes it has. You could probably get an aux cord and connect it to a louder speaker for karaoke. The battery is good and will last for hours. There has been times where it’s been off for a few days and the battery didn’t run out. 😊

Long lasting battery
Battery lasts a long time, easily connects to phone with Bluetooth, fun as just a microphone on its on as well. Only complaint is if it gets left on and does get close to the battery dying it just beeps to let you know for about 30 min, even if it’s the middle of the night and you can’t find it

Great mic!
I was worried by the low price and that there were some bad reviews. We got out about two weeks ago for my 6 year old. All my kids love it. It works exactly as advertised and didn’t have any QC issues. So far, it has exceeded my expectations for what we would get for such a low price.I think it’s important to note, my daughter only uses it for singing and stuff. She is not rough on it. If she let her brothers throw it around like they do with everything else, this mic would last a day at best. As long as your kids don’t try and use it as a basketball, you should be all good.

Charger plug port shorted out after few months, but great customer service!
It’s a kids microphone. My daughter loves it! We play music from my phone and sing. NGL, I may have also use it when no one was home :).After a few months, It would not charge (red charge light didn’t come on). It was an issue with the plug. I emailed the company, and we had a new one in 2 days. Great customer service!
