    BARELY gets warm enough to melt wax

    I really like the style, fits the rustic coastal decor I wanted. It’s very solidly packed in the box, nothing broken, cracked, or loose. Appears to be well made.Two things I really don’t like about this warmer is that the light bulb (two were included) only barely gets warm enough to melt the wax. Like, barely above body temperature. I can easily put my hand on the glass and it’s not even as warm as my coffee cup. Even the metal warming cup is barely warm.So, it doesn’t throw much of a scent, sadly, and that’s compared to other warmers I have using the same scented cube in each.I also don’t care for the brightness of the bulb. You can’t look at it directly when it’s turned on because it hurts your eyes.I’m going to try to find a different (frosted) bulb that will burn a little hotter and give a stronger scent throw. If that doesn’t work, I’ll have to return it.

    Rustic Feel & Super Cute BUT Needs Stronger Bulb

    I purchased this because I wanted a rustic feel for my living room and the Scentsy one’s were too expensive for me to splurge on. So I opted for these because it had good reviews. First off the quality is pretty decent for the $20 I ended up paying. The rope attachment is realistic and moves both forward and back. It also came with two 45 watt Edison style bulbs. The light bulb itself is a warm subtle light that also serves as a night light in a dark room. Reason why I’m knocking off 2 stars is because the wax doesn’t melt when my ceiling fan is on or when I add more than 1 wax cube. I have vaulted ceilings so it’s quite a distance away. Now I have to look for a higher wattage bulb as a replacement and see if that helps ☹️

    Update

    It uses a low energy light bulb, that doesn’t produce enough heat to melt the wax. Not much point in owning it.Their customer service was excellent. Sorry it took so long for me to post the update. The wax would not melt, but they sent me a new one that worked excellent. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

    Lightbulbs didn’t work

    Came with 2 lightbulbs, neither work. This was originally a 1 star but then I switched it due to great customer service. Can’t be a 5 due to initial issues. They sent me 2 new bulbs and have only tried 1 but it worked. I have no doubt if the second replacement doesn’t work that they’ll replace it. It does look very nice when lit

    Wax warmer

    Heats up in seconds and fills the room with 2 cubes of wax. The light doesn’t hurt my eyes and cause migraines so I love it ! Pop the cooled wax tray in the freezer to change scent and after about 5 -10 minutes slam it on a counter or something that’s not breakable and the wax will pop right out and you can save it in a zip lock to use again. I then wash the tin because the oils are still there and your new scent might smell funny. Hope this helps.

    Love mine!

    Purchased for my own home. Large, melts wax well, attractive. I would suggest placing it where you aren’t looking directly at it, as the glass is clear and the bulb is a bit glary. That being said, I love it and would purchase again!

    Like the design

    I bought this cus I really like the design. It is a bit different then a wax burner I have used in the past. The well the wax goes in is deep, so it takes extra wax to be melted in order to have a stronger scent permiate the room. One I have used in the past have smalled wells and need only 1 wax chunk vs 2. But I like the fact it is electric vs having to use tea lights, so adding the extra wax is ok. Just not sure of the longevity of the wax in the well, before having to change it out.Why I didnt give it a 5 was because while it does come with two bulbs, only one of the ones I got worked. But having getting two working bulbs is ideal and makes this a win / win for who ever gets it.

    It’s pretty, but doesn’t get hot enough

    I think this item is made well and looks nice as a decoration. It doesn’t melt the which makes it that you can’t smell the fragrance because it doesn’t get hot enough. I left it on for several hours to see if it would liquify more, but it didn’t!

    Wrong Bulb Size [UPDATED]

    Cannot review this product honestly because the bulbs that we were given were too large for the warmer. Was very excited because the design is cute and the reviews are decent. Will update in the case of bulbs being replaced, but I am unwilling to spend $9 on replacement bulbs in the meantime that were meant to be included.[UPDATE 2/2/23]We have received a lot of help from the seller on this item and I can gladly say that this wax warmer is incredible given the right bulbs. It doesn’t burn the smell out of the wax within a few hours like a candle warmer would, the light is a nice and soft orange-yellow that reminds me of the light a candle would put off, and it’s not too bright in my opinion. We got this warmer specifically because it could double as a lamp and we are not disappointed. Despite the hickup and wait for replacement, I have adjusted this up to 5 stars because between customer service and item quality, we are all around very happy! Thank you for your excellent service!

    Elegant

    This is beautiful and works very quickly. I really love it. It’s super simple to set up. Just put in the bulb and switch it on. This comes with two edison bulbs involves which is nice. It’s brighter than I anticipated though. I would be curious to see if a smaller wattage bulb would work. Maybe not for the melter but for the ambience. The melter itself is deeper than I expected so putting in a few cubes is ideal VS just one like normal melters. Overall, I dig this. Looks great and matches my decor. Recommended!

    Update: The seller made it right. Hours after turning it on, still waiting for the wax to melt

    The media could not be loaded.

    Update: The seller reached out to me and offered to replace the item with another they offer. I accepted and received the new one in a day or two. It’s not only a very elegant looking design, but it melts the wax incredibly well and the design helps it disperse throughout the entire room. I would recommend this seller.Received this and set it up almost immediately. It looks fantastic, matching the decor perfectly. I did notice the light bulb is a touch off center from the melting pot, but thought that was maybe by design. I placed two wax pieces in and walked away. After I few hours, I walked past and noticed the wax still isn’t melted as seen in the video. It’s a little disappointing that it functions so poorly when it is such a nice looking design.

    Really cute & looks nice

    I like that this allowed a higher watt bulb which did melt the wax very well (unlike the 25 watt ones I’ve had prior). I’ve tried triple scented wax and while I get the scent close, I don’t get it through out the room but don’t feel it’s this product’s fault as is does it’s job – melting. Maybe these items need a blower? The glow is great & brightens that spot of my room & the item goes well with my decor. Very pleased.

    Unique and fun, but more of a night light

    I loved the style. It was truly unique and matched our aesthetic. Doesn’t seem to get hot to the touch and easy to switch on and off. If you don’t have a silicon wax cup it’s a nightmare to clean. The scent is non existent. It melts but doesn’t warm to the point to release aroma. Which is why it isn’t hot to the touch. Most electric warmers would scald you. I would buy it for decorative purposes. It isn’t a great wax warmer. Scent is extremely subtle so if that’s your goal then it’s perfect.

    Won’t last long!

    Purchased this Dec. 21, received a few days later. Tried to turn it on and when it didn’t I realized the bulb blew. Ordered more bulbs, exactly what was specified to use and the lamp still won’t turn on. Tried a different outlet and all…. So only worked for a little over 2 months.

    It requires a lot of tarts!

    What I did like is the look of this warmer. It’s cute and sturdy. What I don’t like is the tart well is too deep, requiring a lot of pieces for the scent to waft. Otherwise there is little to no scent. It is worth the money just because it’s cute!

    Excellent, well made product.

    I have purchased several different wax burner. Some of them just don’t melt the wax properly. This one is excellent. Deep reservoir so it doesn’t spill easily. Gets the wax hot enough to keep it melted. Very good product.

    Broken bulb

    The warmer is very pretty and in good condition but the Edison bulb was broken. I called Amazon to get a replacement bulb and they informed me I would need to send back the warmer because they couldn’t replace just the bulb.Very frustrating. I will buy another bulb rather then return item
