Not even 3 months and already draining when not in use
Initially, I loved this product as it was very high capacity and had four built in cables of various types. It is a little on the heavy side, but that was fine with me. I travel for work and wanted something that could charge my iPhone, my kindle, my headset, and even my laptop if needed. However, it is now about two and a half months later and it seems like it’s draining quickly when not in use. For example, I just charged it to 100% yesterday and today, it shows it’s already at 90%. I’m afraid that this thing will wear out before it’s even a year old. I’m giving it three stars because it’s still useful to me and I’m hopeful this won’t get worse, but I’ll update this review if that happens in the next few months.

Amazing!
This power bank is the perfect backup to support all of your devices. It is nice and compact making it easy to carry in anything from a small clutch/purse for me, to a small backpack or even a diaper bag for a child. The slim design makes it easy to carry anywhere, including by tiny hands, during use by my young, six-year old son. It is about the size of a phone but packs SO much power for its compact dimensions. It is capable of charging my son’s iPad, both of our iPhones, and even my laptop computer SEVERAL times with a SINGLE charge. I only have to recharge the device itself about once every 2-3 days, and it, in return will power all of our devices several more times, before it’s internal capacity is completely diminished and expended.It also charges with amazing speed. In the time it has taken me to write this review, the battery power on my phone (iPhone 15) has literally increased to 100% from where it was (20%-30%) at the onset of preparation of this review. The 1-100% battery life indicator is very convenient, letting you know how much power you have remaining to be consumed . I love the fact that it is designed to INCLUDE the FOUR most common charging tips, already built in, eliminating the need to carry around extra bulky cords in order to simply facilitate the use the device. My son and I can literally and quite easily recharge our devices at the same exact time. It does also include two USB ports to connect different devices.I love this product so much, that I just bought a second, so that my son and I can each have our very own, when we venture out of the house separately. I find this to be such a great value for the money, that I have already decided that I will be purchasing more units as gifts for my son’s teacher, and friends and loved ones for the holidays this year.I have included photos with my review to help you reference the size of the product. There is a green power bank next to a green iPhone 15. The blue power bank is connected to an iPhone 13 mini.

Excellent Charger
Multifunctional FAST device charger! Takes a bit for it to charge but will charge a phone from 15 to 75 percent quickly. It took about 25 percent from the charger to charge my galaxy to 65 percent with USB c cable. No need for the other cable types for me but it is nice to have the option available.

This is the charger I’ve always needed!!
Over the years; I’ve bought about 5-7 different styles and brands of portable chargers-hoping that something would solve my recurrent issue of never having any of our devices charged…I bought 2 of these for a recent trip to FL, and I was so surprised with its convenience and charging power. This charger couldn’t be easier to use-it’sabout the size and weight of a cell phone and can charge everything-A Nintendo switch, an iPad, cell phones, vapes, etc.It starts charging immediately, is super user-friendly, and tells you how much power it has left. It can fully charge my iPhone from 1%-100% and still has nearly 50% power left. There’s no small parts to misplace, and no cords to remember. Honestly, this is one of the best purchases I’ve made all year.

Decent power bank
took this overseas with me and it definitely came in handy. it has multiple types of charging cables which allows you to charge different types of devices, and quickly gives your devices the boost of energy you may need while out and about.it is heavy and a bit bulky, so it’s not great if you’re looking for something light/small to carry around. it also takes quite a while to charge, so i recommend charging it over night so that it’s ready to go in the morning.

I went on vacation and these worked great.The only complaint I serious have is that they are slow to charge, so make sure you have plenty of time to charge them before the are needed. Super handy and love that they come with different power cables for devices.

Versatile and convenient
This is a great charger. I am happy with the purchase. It is heavier than I was expecting, which is probably why it can charge a small town. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not recharge as quickly as other batteries I’ve had. Plan to leave it plugged in overnight.

Not Bad
If I could find one thing wrong with it, takes some time to recharge. I recommend a high powered quality plug in charger.On a non Fast Charge charger it takes all night, with a Fast Charger it takes around 4 hours.Needed one for my business that would be universal, liked it so much that I took it home to use and bought another for work, I have Type C, Micro and Apple all in my soup of electronics so this works very well.You can charge it with your own Micro, Type-C or the onboard cord to YOUR plug-in charger.It gets a little cranky trying to charge 2 phones or at least one Droid and an Apple. Seems to one pick one, I believe it’s just over demanding on the power draw, but I have charged headphones and a phone at once.I would say you get about 2 full phone charges from one full charge of this power bank.

A stranger (a very nice one!!) shared her Charmast Power Bank charger with me while waiting for a flight because Delta’s charging plugs by the seats were dysfunctional. UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST!!As soon as the company read my review of the charger no longer working, they emailed me, offered a full refund for the charger and sent me a replacement! The fact that they cared enough to reach out and make things right, says so much about this company! I can’t thank them enough for going as far as they did, they truly stand behind their product!I purchased this charger in March, it quit working this week. It made it 5 mths, I’m so disappointed. I won’t purchase another, I can’t afford a new one every 5 mths. When it did work, it kept its charge forever! It worked great for me during our power outages.

Nice product
I like the multiple charging options. Not only for charging the unit itself but if multi function device connectors. Slim design, tucks away in any small pocket for travel. Battery seems to hold charge in standby for a long time. So far, I’ve been able to charge 3 devices without needing to recharge the unit.

Solid charger, great for international traveling
Used this charger on a recent trip to Europe. Our biggest fear was being stranded somewhere with a dead phone and not knowing how to get home or communicate with anyone. This is a HUGE battery. 20,000mAh is pretty much 6-7 full charges on my iPhone 15 pro. I’ll only ever need 2 recharges max per day, but it was great having the peace of mind knowing that I could charge both me and my girlfriends’ phones.The batter pack comes with a four attached cords. The USB A can be used for charging. There’s also a separate USB C input that you can use to charge the battery pack from some other fast charger. The other cords fold into the battery nicely. Definitely a plus to not have to carry around any extra cords as well.

I liked this portable charger enough that I bought two. The lightning cord on one of them has stopped working for some reason but the other cords work still. I just gave that one to my daughter since she didn’t need the lightning cord anyway. I dropped one star because of that but overall these are great.

It’s a little to heavy & bulky to me to carry in your purse or pocket but it definately charged any device you need. It even has a cord that you can use to charge the back up battery. I keep in my car so I can let any passengers use it or to always have peace of mind I can charge my devices if I used up my device battery

Used twice and love this.
Returned the 10000mAh and bought the 20000mAh Charmast. Have only used it twice but love it. Tried it out on my iphone 13 to make sure it worked. Days later had a power outage and charged my phone from 20% to 93% and only used 59% of power for 2 charges! Exactly what I wanted!

Amazing portable charger

Nice to have
After my son took my last portable charger, I bought this one to replace it. I actually prefer this one over my last charger. I love that all the cords are conveniently attached. Lots of cables
Bought this charger without understanding how big it is. I have a square 15w device with 2 cables that has worked well for half a year. This one is 20w, 4 cables plus various usb out ports difference is, this charger comes to life and charges automatically, my 15w charger needs to be turned on manually. Also, I believe this one turns off automatically. So, it’s a super charger, but it’s bigger than my mini iPhone. It’s smaller than the 10w charger I bought 3 years ago. By the way, the iPad is a mini.

Slow to charge and also to recharge
I got this to keep my phone charged while spending 17 days in the Grand Canyon. It works fine and stores a fair amount of energy. Testing it prior to my trip, I noticed that it is slow to charge my phone and even slower to recharge the pack.
