Curbs cravings – I think
Not sure these are doing anything wonderful but I feel better for having taken them. They do curb hunger, and if only for that, it’s worth it. Only 4 stars because I’m not 100% sure taking them is necessary considering the amount of vitamins I take and living a healthy lifestyle overall.

This product makes it so much easier to get your apple cider vinegar benefits in without having to take a nasty shot of it. There’s no crappy ingredients, the only reason I rated this 4/5 starts instead of 5/5 is because of the added sugar (2 gummies is about 8% of your suggested daily intake).

Great product results. Awful taste/texture tho..
Cons: So I deal with sensory issues, especially with particular food textures and these gummies were the absolute WORST thing that I dreaded every morning. The texture of the gummies kinda resembles when gummy candy gets wet and just sit there in a sense. The taste was very strong, not particularly appealing but not entirely awful, I did have to just hold my nose to eat the product.Pros: The gummies DO suppress your appetite, I would take 3 and I wouldn’t eat anything the whole day until dinner time. I don’t particularly have the BEST diet but not the worst, just an average eater and I already lost 5 LBS just eating these gummies. I would definitely recommend to try them out.ALSO, I believe these gummies can help with constipation as well because I was dealing with reallyyyy bad constipation one night and I took a chance and ate one gummy to see if it could help since the product does support healthy gastro health, few minutes later, I was actually able to use the bathroom. I’m not saying that these gummies should be used for that purpose alone but it does offer benefits.

A good alternative
If you can’t stand drinking apple cider vinegar these are a good alternative. It has a nice berry flavor and they aren’t super chewy like most Gummi products.

It’s definitely contains vinegar. This is the real deal
I am on a diet and I experimented with apple cider vinegar. For me, I didn’t see any benefit after taking these for 1 month. But, maybe everyone is different. Some of the YouTube videos I watched got successful results for weight loss.I was grossed out by the thought of drinking liquid vinegar. So, I experimented with this gummys instead.I bought a few different Apple Cider Vinegar gummy brands. However, this one is the only one that had a strong vinegar smell. I think this is proof that this brand actually contains apple cider vinegar and the other brands I bought were not being honest about the amount of vinegar they containSo, if you don’t want to drink liquid vinegar I recommend trying only this brand. However, I am not sure about the dose. I was taking 3 or 4 gummys per day.

Updating to Four stars for customer service: Tastes ok? MTFHR beware.
I didn’t read the small print. This is CYANO instead of METHYLATED B12. I have the mutation off MTFHR genes and the B12 in this makes me nauseated. You can’t return this, so I’m stuck with it. I took one before I realized, and paid for it. Still looking for the holy grail of apple cider gummies.UPDATE: the company reached out to me about this. Sadly, I bought two of these accidentally (trigger finger,) but they offered me a refund on the one I wrote this review for, and they followed through. I much appreciate that kind of business and will look at their other products in the future.

They work!
I’ve been taking these for a week now. 3 a day.Taste: just okay. Not as bad as I thought but I chew quick and don’t breath. lol. There’s still a hint of vinegar u just can’t escape.Effects: Took 2 days but curbs your appetite. It also has you going to the bathroom more frequently. Not in ‘an emergency’ type of way but it helps pass your meals quicker.

Yummy and a good way to get your apple cider vinegar
I bought these as I am trying to up my daily nutrition and take smart supplements and wanted to get these. They taste good! You can definitely taste the sugar alcohol they add (I think they do at least?) to make them sweeter but it ultimately makes them yummy. Don’t notice a huge difference but I know that they could still be doing good things for me even if I don’t immediately notice it.

The ONLY ACV to use
I’ve always been a big fan of apple cider vinegar and thrilled when these came out. A little pricey, but when I tried others to come along slightly less expensive, they had other ingredients which I consider fillers. So back to GOLI, the only ones for me.

Great product if your looking to lose weight.
It has a vinegar taste. Most people don’t like the smel of it.It’s not too awful. I’ve been on Goli almost three weeks and I have lost 13 pounds . For me I did see much of a different unless I was on my second bottle. I take two gummies once in the morning and two again in the afternoon and none at dinner.

The Gummies were expired
Overall my wife loved the Gummies we have purchased them 4 times and we just ordered two more bottles. The only problem when we received the last batch they were expired. I fill like if we pay that good money we should get current Gummies. So i hope this batch coming in the mail should be good to go. I do not like to send negative views.

What took me so long?

Goli Nutrition has earned two exceptional reviews: one for the Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and one for the company/customer service via Goli.The Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies: I learned about this product when a friend pinged me on a FB advertisement. When I learned about the product, I was skeptical that a gummie may be as effective as taking straight ACV shots. However, because I consistently had increased difficulty drinking ACV shots each morning (an issue that’s persisted for over 2yrs now), I researched this product, compared with others in the market, and opted to try this one. The information that Goli provides on their website and through their Amazon page presented a product that has been developed with the utmost thought/care, AND, as I read through the reviews, I was impressed with consistent reports of an effective product AND top-notch customer service (the kudos from customers regarding the customer service came from BOTH those pleased with the product and those who felt it didn’t work for them – seeing Goli’s interaction/engagement with both customer sets built my level of trust to explore this product and, truthfully, when I ordered the product, I didn’t expect that they would work).I received my product a few days after I placed my first order, and within two days of using the product, I felt and experienced just how effective it is. These work! (thank God!) I have fully switched over from drinking ACV each morning to taking gummies each morning (and throughout the day, as needed).I take ACV for many of it’s health benefits. The one most, obvious and immediate sign these worked for me is that I was able to cease using underarm deodorant within two days of using the product (I stopped using antiperspirants in 2012; and shortly thereafter, I stopped using deodorant too – so long as I take ACV consistently, I have not had use either product since 2012). I now take 4-6 a day, but when I first started taking these, I took the max amount (12/day) to get my body immediately back in the swing of things (and when I can tell my body is having an ‘off day,’ I do ramp it back up to the max for that day). While taking ACV isn’t the only thing that allows me to go without deodorant/antiperspirant (drinking proper amounts of water daily; proper health/nutrition practices; regular activity; etc.), ACV certainly assists my body with effectively killing off the bacteria that make my underarms/body stink. I honestly thought these gummies weren’t going to have as much “punch” / power as drinking the ACV shots has for me – they work just as well as ACV shots. Again, thank God! As good as ACV is for me, I dreaded the part of my morning routine that included choking down ACV. The gummies are pleasant, they taste good, and they are super-fresh (e.g. they are not like a dried up gummie that you see at a candy counter – they literally feel and taste like they came straight out of the gummie-maker when you open the bottle).While it would be much more cost effective for me if I could go back to buying a bottle of ACV an continue to choke down straight shots of ACV, I just wasn’t able to maintain that routine anymore (the gag response was too intense and it had become a miserable part of my morning routine). ACV is so effective, I struggled through it, but I had to find an alternative. I am a firm believer in INVESTING in myself and my health – and while one of the comments that came up consistently in my research is ‘this sure is expensive,’ after using this product and experiencing that it is as effective as drinking ACV, I am completely sold on Goli’s ACV gummies. ACV has too many health benefits for me to stop using it, and thankfully Goli developed a product that provides me an alternative option to keep up my health routine. THANK YOU GOLI!Goli Customer Service: first and foremost – outside of Nordstrom’s, I have never experienced this level of customer service. On a recent order, I had an issue with a damaged product. It required multiple emails between Goli and myself to identify how/why the item arrived damaged. I am literally beyond impressed with Goli for so many reasons: (1) I interacted with five different customer service agents throughout these exchanges, and had I not noticed that the name changed with each interaction/email, I would have never known that I was interacting with five different CSRs – the communication was consistently clear, concise, friendly, and helpful – it literally felt like I was talking to the same person the entire interaction until the issue was resolved. I am blown away. (Goli – you obviously broke the code in how to hire INCREDIBLE representatives for your company AND/OR how to train employees to be exceptional communicators and in such a way that the customer feels as though ANYONE can solve an issue). Each interaction was a gold standard. Actually, whatever level above a gold standard, or above a platinum standard, above the top of the top – Goli has earned it. Goli has literally set the bar at a level that others will seek to achieve – there is now a “Goli-standard.”Thank you Goli for an exceptional/effective/high-quality product.Thank you Goli for making me enjoy a customer service experience and for making me feel exceptional about a company (it feels as though this happens that much these days across our world, so for you to revive the feeling of being treated with respect, care and concern – and to do so seemingly ‘just because’ that’s who/what you are – well, I can’t tell you what that does for me – it put a big smile on my face and you’ve created a huge fan and a loyal customer.

Helps with bloating
I love the Goli Apple Cider Gummies. They are easy to take and do not taste bad. I take them after dinner nightly to help with digestion. I wish I would remember after every meal, but after dinner is when I take them on the regular. They also help if I ate something that makes me feel bloated. I take 2 gummies and within 5 minutes feel much better. I know some people take these for weight loss too. I haven’t seen any changes in that retrospect for me, but I do not take them regular to say if they work for that on not. I can say I do feel better taking them though and and going to try to subconsciously remember to take them more regularly after each meal.

Good product but caused bloating
I took the gummies for several days and experienced severe bloating. I do suffer from IBS so apple cider vinegar may aggravate it. These gummies do taste good though and are easy to chew.

These gummies are better than I had expected. The taste, consistency and smell is nice. I don’t believe I have been taking them long enough to see a huge difference. My main reason for choosing this product is to see if it helps with my acid reflux any. It seems to have helped but as I said I think I need more time to for a better idea. They are a bit spendy though for the quantity and dosage to be taken. But better than taking a spoon full of vinegar from a bottle everyday even if mixed with water. I a going to continue with the regimen to see if it does effectively make a big enough difference to continue purchasing them.

They taste a if someone is trying to hide an unknown fruit with some apple cider vinegar. They don’t smell good either.I’m going to keep eating them because I want the benefits.Addition: The taste grows on you. I don’t mind it anymore, and it’s only been about a week.
