Great craft, especially in the summer!

My daughter LOVES this craft kit. It comes with everything you need to paint shells and reminds me a lot of my childhood activities with my mom. So cute! The paint sticks well to the shells which I was most nervous about. You can make some really cute creations. I would give this as part of a child’s birthday gift for sure.

    Fun craft!

I got these for my son’s class to paint, and the kids had so much fun with them! The shells appear to be plastic and not actual sea shells, which is nice as far as durability. My son only brought home one with paint and googly eyes, so I cannot attest to the clay and glue quality. My kids all love anything glow-in-the-dark so having those paints included is a bonus!Great price at $14.95 – a fun craft to keep your kiddos occupied on the weekends or school breaks now that we’re back in school!

    Great Rainy Day Activity

This kit turned out to be such a huge hit with our kiddos. We pulled it out on a rainy day and WOW, were they happy to get going. Not a fan of crafts that involve a huge mess but this is super nice because everything is ready to go. The mess was minimal and overall, this made for an affordable, afternoon of fun.

    We enjoyed this.

My wife and I are grandparents of preschoolers and we enjoy the way they do like to sit around a table and work on some kind of arts-and-crafts project with us. We’ve brought out all kinds of kits from Amazon that provide some hours of fun. We made “puppets” by decorating paper lunch bags from a kit; we made decorated picture frames and then chose a picture to put in each one; etc. This one says it is designed for kids age 6 to 12, but we enjoyed it with our 5-year-old who loves arts projects. Happy to encourage others to give it a try with their kids. Our tip in all these reviews, by the way, is not to simply hand a kit like this to children, but to unpack it and explore it together. That’s the real fun.

    Great activity

This was a great activity for kids ages 2.5-7. The kids loved customizing their shells and fish as they wished. It has glow in the dark paint, and all of the accessories needed for the activity.

    Fun Craft

These feel like quality white 3d printed shells. They come with paints, clay and stickers to embellish them with. The glow in the dark comes in the form of puff paints – the shells themselves are not glow in the dark. My kids enjoyed the craft, and it was a fun exercise in creativity for them.

    Fun craft for the kids!

The different colors of paint on the shells are bright and vibrant. There are a lot of different designs you can make with the shells and they make a fun craft for kids.

kids love it the glow in the dark makes it even better

I’ve done activities like this one with the kids before with rocks. got this because it’s been a while. and I love to watch them paint. I don’t want them to grow out of making things with their hands. This one did have a new twist. the glow in the dark paint. not as bright as I expected. But who knows what I expected. I’ve need really used glow in the dark paint before. I try to get my kids to think about how the design ideas will look like in the dark. which I can do since they are older.the clay was an interesting addition as well. mixing mediums now. they had a lot of fun.Neat fun way to get your kids away from their screens. and it doesn’t cost too much.

    Kids liked it

I have two 7-year-olds who like to do art projects, and they liked this a lot. So much so though that they fought over how many shells they should do at once (should we save more for later). The shells are plastic BTW. The kit comes with lots of little bobbles and bits for the kids to glue to the shells after they’ve painted it.You do need a bit of supervision here as there is a high mess-making potential.PRO TIP: Squeeze the little paint pots laterally before trying to open them. Otherwise they’re more or less impossible to opem

    Basic craft kit

This is a fun, basic craft set. We brought to the beach so my kids could find additional shells and decorate with the paint. At one point the paint got stuck in a tube and then sprayed out, so be careful of that. I think it’s a good value for the money overall

A Fantastic Craft Kit That Both My 5-Year-Old and 10-Year-Old Loved! А+++

I recently purchased the Klever Kits 12 Kids Sea Shell Painting Kit for my 5-year-old and 10-year-old, and it has been an absolute hit in our household! Both of my kids enjoyed this craft with so much passion that I felt compelled to share our experience. The kit comes with 12 beautiful sea shells and an assortment of vibrant paints, including some that glow in the dark, which was an exciting feature for my kids. As soon as we opened the box, they were eager to dive in and start painting. The variety of shells provided a great canvas for their creativity, and the paints were easy to apply and dried nicely without smudging. My 5-year-old loved experimenting with the different colors, and even though some of her designs were a bit more abstract, the glow-in-the-dark feature made her creations come alive at night. It was pure joy to watch her excitement when she saw her shells glowing in her room before bed.On the other hand, my 10-year-old took a more detailed approach, carefully painting each shell with intricate patterns. She enjoyed the challenge of mixing colors to create unique shades and was particularly thrilled with the quality of the paints, as they didn’t require multiple coats to achieve a vibrant finish. The glow-in-the-dark aspect added an extra layer of fun for her as well, making her feel like a real artist. What I really appreciated about this kit is how it kept both of them engaged for a good amount of time. It’s not easy finding an activity that appeals to both a kindergartener and a pre-teen, but this craft kit did just that. It was a perfect way for them to bond and express their creativity together.Clean-up was also a breeze, which is always a plus in my book. The paints washed off easily with a little soap and water, and the shells were sturdy enough to withstand all the handling.Overall, the Klever Kits Sea Shell Painting Kit exceeded our expectations. It’s a wonderful craft set that provided hours of fun and creativity for both my kids. They’ve proudly displayed their painted shells around the house, and I love seeing how proud they are of their work. If you’re looking for a craft kit that will captivate kids of different ages, I highly recommend this one!

    Fun for all

This was genuinely fun. I LOVE activity sets that have EVERYTHING you need all in one – and this nailed it. In fact, there is such an abundance of creative options that we had a few things left over, which is cool ’cause we can always use more craft stuff.I used this set with my two kids, ages 3 and 11, and my Husband. There was plenty of stuff for all of us to make our creations- this means my kids didn’t fight over stuff which makes this set PRICELESS haha The three year old was obsessed with the air-dry clay, which has the texture of silly putty and was easy for her little fingers to mold and shape. I used red and blue clay to make a different shade of purple and the kids got a kick out of mixing colors to make new ones of their own.The shells are plastic, but that keeps them uniform and easy to work with. Again, there’s so many supplies you can always add real shells to the mix if you wanted. The ones they give you are a solid quality though, the paint goes on smooth and the clay doesn’t slide off the plastic shells.Overall, this was great, we had fun and were able to sit at the table and craft together happily without getting hung up on needed to supply more parts to complete the project. A+ craft box! Thank you!

    Sea Shell Painting

This is a fun craft kit that’s fun for kids of various ages. Our grandkids are 7 and 10 and have had a blast this summer doing all kinds of crafts. This kit does contain everything you need for painting and decorating the plastic sea shells. The reason I marked down one star is because of the look of these plastic shells are very cheap. But…that did not take away from the fun of painting. It was different that it was glow in the dark paint so the kids were excited to see their shells glow.

    Fun Kids Activity!

This painting kit was a lot of fun for my toddlers we had a great time making little fish characters out of seashells and the glow in the dark paint was definitely a hit and it was really cool to see the seashells light up in the dark It was a fun and creative activity to do together I will say though that it did make a bit of a mess the paint can be a little messy and it took a bit of cleaning up afterwards but overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and engaging art activity for kids.

    Fun painting kit

This kit is a fun activity that you can have multiple children join in on.It includes everything you need including the paintbrushes. One of the bags of clay busted a little bit, but it really is fast drying, it didn’t get on anything else. The clay that was still in the bag was usable.
