Friends fans will love this!
This was a gift for a friend who loves F•R•I•E•N•D•S, and he put it together in one night to add to his collection of Monica & Rachel’s Lego apartment and Chandler & Joey’s Lego apartment. He added a light kit later, connected them all under a plexiglass dome, and I have to say–he’s nuts over it all. It’s strangely accurate to the set, even giving insight into the back of the building(s), even with see-through and opening windows and operational doors, etc. and other unexpected bonus design features I think are well thought out. ALL of this collection is as true to the architecture as a Lego set can be. I almost wanted to turn into a Lego person myself and have coffee at Central Perk with all the Lego Friends as an on set Lego-extra. I’ve embarrassed myself now, so if you’ll all excuse me, Lego Phoebe and I are about to go sing “Smelly Cat”…

Awesome!
I’ve been a HUGE Friends fan since it first came out. I love collecting all things Friends. This was my very first Lego experience and I loved EVERYTHING about it! Easy enough to do but challenging enough to keep me engaged. I also loved of the little extras that only true fans would recognize and enjoy. I definitely recommend this to Friends fans and Lego fans alike! When I get the money saved I’m totally buying the Friends Apartments Lego set and can’t wait!!!

Really love this set
I’m a big fan of the Friends episodes and this lego set is just perfect for me to display in my house. It was no longer available on the LEGO official website so I was glad to see it available on Amazon. The instructions were clear and no missing pieces. It’s definitely very valuable if you are a big Friends fan!

Love it!
I was so excited to get this in the mail. I’m a huge Friends fan and I had a ton of legos growing up so this is perfect. It took me around 3 hours to build it but it’s easy to follow the directions. The people who commented about missing pieces made me worry but I’m not sure if they realized there were two #1 bags because all of my pieces were there.

A treat for Friends fans.
Ordered this before the news of the reunion came out. So it was a nice surprise to have the set in hand and fully assembled before the screening of the reunion. Took a proud place on the coffee table while watching the gang get back together.Not the easiest of assembly. As with other Lego themed sets, it takes patience. Tip: Read the instructions once, even if you’ve assembled other sets before. There are always pieces unique to the set itself.The result will continue to bring smiles to your face as you remember the exploits of Chandler, Joey. Rachel. Ross and Phoebe.

Fun set to build and play!

My 7yo has never seen the show, but loved the detail in this set. He wanted to build this set with me, but I couldn’t keep up, and ended up just being there for moral support.
He had a great time building it, and wanted to make a time lapse video, so we did. This set is very well designed and visually stimulating! It was fascinating to watch him stay laser focused and get all the intricacies just right! It took him about 3 hrs. 40 min to build with no interruptions. We highly recommend it for young and old alike.

Such a cute set!
Perfect for any Friends fan. It was fun to assemble and display. My boyfriend also sent in the accompanying light set from a third party. It’s my night light now haha…Some cons: for some reason, the curtain for the back door won’t stay on. I’ll have to glue it or tape it, but it won’t stay on naturally. It’s overcrowded inside. Too many posts and instruments. You’ll want to remove some of it for a cleaner look. These are not anything that would deter me from buying it again. It’s a great gift and I got it at about $60 which is a huge drop so if you see it for that price, snag it. Good gift to give too.

Are you a FRIENDS fanatic?
This is so cool! My kiddo loves legos and is a fan of Friends. This Lego set is an exact setting of Central Perk. I had fun watching him build this. It comes with all the Lego characters (Monica, Chandler, Ross, Joey, Phoebe, Rachel and Gunther)

Great detail!
Wow! This is a great Lego set. My son, who is 15 and quite good at Legos, worked about 4 hours straight to finish it.The details are great. The coffee mugs, cookies, flowers and the fact that you can turn the store’s Central Perk sign either way is very fun.
The couch with rug just sits loosely in there once it’s built, so you can easily pull that out if you want.It is pretty straight forward to build. I gave it 4 stars just because it is such a large kit with so many pieces! My son noticed it actually says age 16 and up! There are 6 bags of parts, each with an additional bag of the smaller Legos inside.Fun though. Doable-just takes some time! Not recommended for younger kids I wouldn’t think. Unless you want to help them of course.

I came into my love of Friends at a late–but extremely relevant–time in my life. I had hit my mid-twenties and was trying to find my way in life, and after almost 20 years of distaste or lack of care for the program, it clicked. I had a little Joey in me, some Ross, a tinge of Monica… I realized why this show was so relevant.When I realized that this LEGO set was in production, I was extremely excited. Putting it together, it showed the amount of care that was involved with recreating Central Perk. The little nuances, the figures, piece-by-piece it brought back memories of the series. Not only that, it is a pretty fantastic value, at $60 for over 1,000 pieces.All-in-all, I absolutely adore the set, and hope to one day see a set based on Monica’s apartment as well, maybe including Joey and Chandler’s place too.

Nostalgic kit
Love the show and this has hidden features that true fans will notice. Started today and on bag 4 of 6 with no missing pieces however like every Lego kit there are a few extra of the tiny bag parts. If this review is not updated then all parts were there and was totally happy with kit

Converted my wife who thought Legos were “nerdy”
My wife has never interacted with Legos before. I’ve had all kinds since I was about 5. She’s a huge fan of Friends, so I got this set for her birthday and she was skeptical at first. Once she started assembling the set she commented on how they’re great to unwind with and relieve stress. When the kids would go to bed she would be up until after midnight most nights assembling the set. When she got done she saw the Home Alone house kit and asked for that for Christmas. Great buy!

Will be so Fun to do While getting Through Winter.
I have yet to assemble this as I bought for future winter project when there’s nothing to do. Only think I wish it would have came with for the amount of money was at least one lighting kit for the shop. I’ve never done a full Lego set so may post update once complete.

Worth the price.
Friends has that magic ingredient for all tv series. I wanted to see every episode. Then, I wanted to see every episode again & did numerous times. The Friends Lego sets (I recommend both The Apartments & The Coffee Shop sets) as well as the Seinfeld Lego set both brought me back to Legos. Friends Lego sets are a must. I usually only give four out of five stars for my reviews (I just like to leave a little room for improvement). For the Friends Coffee Shop Lego set, I give five stars.

A great lego set. I played with legos my whole life and this set is child’s play if you’re experienced. However, I got this as a gift for my girlfriend who had never played with legos. It’s perfect for a first-timer as the directions are clear, linear, and in a sequence that makes sense. There is commentary from the creators and the whole experience makes this perfect for a FRIENDS fan.The pieces come in 6 bags which allowed us to stretch the setup over 6 nights (she was really bad lol). But, a first-timer and expert could knock it out in a few hours.

a must for any FRIENDS fan!
i’ve never actually put a LEGO set together. when I was a kid it was a box of random LEGOs and you could build whatever you wanted.As a huge FRIENDS fan I had to get this set. originally I was just going to keep it in the box… but, I started working on it and couldn’t stop. I had the best time putting this together. it was a lot of fun.people are complaining about the price and that pieces are missing. you may have some extra pieces, but if you follow the directions you shouldn’t be missing anything.only issue I saw was that in the directions one of the colors was wrong, but it was obvious and I had no issues whatsoever putting it together.it’s a beautiful set and I love displaying it and I wish they would make more sets. highly recommended!

if you’re a true fan of “Friends”, then you have to have this
Its Legos, what can you say bad about Legos..??? this is a great set, more for adults than kids. more of a display than trying to build stuff and tear it apart. this is a tribute to “Friends.” not a toy…. I also have “Seinfeld” and “The Big Bang Theory” sets. I wish I could get “The Simpsons” but not in my budget…

Fun for our first Lego adventure
Ordered this for our family to do over the Christmas Holiday. Two of us ended up doing it over the course of several hours. For a first timer on a Lego set, building the platform/base is not very intuitive and took some getting used to. There were a couple of items that didn’t really work as intended, even after disassembling and trying different ways. But overall, it was fun. We aren’t Lego enthusiasts but will plan on adding this to our regular holiday events each year. Planning to get the Friends apartment set for next Christmas.

Set #21319 . ‘ Friends – Central Perk ‘ from 2019 is a classic build . There are so many unique elements , and 7 mini-figs !! You truly can`t go wrong with this set. I was able to track delivery and it was hand delivered to me in excellent condition . Sadly in did not include the original Lego ‘ Stock-Box’ , however the set box is in mint condition as shown in my pictures . If you are on the fence about this set , you had better grab it soon. It is a year and a half old already and might be leaving soon . Although the set itself is a diorama of a television set , it is done in great detail . I plan to enjoy this set , take my time and have a cup of coffee doing so !!Enjoy , and take care . Dreamer

Really fun little set that highlights the characters and many memorable scenes from Central Perk Coffee Shop. Looks nice displayed next to your collection of Friends Blu-ray’s if that’s your thing. Or just display it on a bookshelf. This would be a great gift from any one who loves a good Friends binge. It’s quite fun to build and watch the show!Play features: I wouldn’t say this set has play features but it has moments from the show that you can have the minifigures reenact.Retiring date: At this time, there is no official retire date for the set but it most likely will be mid 2022.Price: The price to piece count is above average on this set. Great buy at full price but you can regularly find this on sale at 20% off which is a steal!

Cute and Amazingly Detailed
Seriously cute and amazingly detailed. If you are a fan of Friends or just a fan of Lego, this is the set for you. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. All pieces were there. I know some of the reviews stated that pieces were missing, which made me apprehensive at first. Took a chance and everything turned out perfect. One thing, this set is NOT for little kids. It’s best for teens and older, do to all the small parts and level of difficulty. The designers took great pains to essentially recreate Central Perk in lego form and it shows. Love the fact the all the characters, including Gunther were recreated in lego. Each character has his/her own accessory. Chandler has his lap top. Rachel has her serving tray. Ross has his keyboard. Will take a few hours, depending on how quick you work. Recommend getting up a few times to stretch and relax while putting the set together, especially if working alone. Can not stress enough about how incredibly detailed this lovely set is. It is totally worth the effort when it’s done. Have fun!

10/10. Perfect LEGO set. Information about missing pieces.
The set was great. I read reviews saying there were missing pieces that was not my case. Maybe this is because of a part on the instruction book were LEGO could specify more the way to long and flat piece join, because I thought there was a piece missing, but it turned out it was a bad angle at which they show you how to join those pieces, but besides that everything was great, just have patience and analyze that page thoroughly.The page I’m talking about is the number 25, it seems like the black piece should be longer, but it is just that the beige one at the far left only connects with two of the possible four circles the beige piece could connect. I hope this helps. Great product, great times. 10/10 recommend.

It was not for me. It was a present for a superfan of the show and it was a home run. If you aren’t big on lego building it will be a bit time consuming but it’s a fun pass time.If you’re a fan of the show or know someone thats a fan, gifts like these don’t get better.

Wonderful set for any Friends fan
I LOVED putting this Lego set together! It came with 7 individual bags (All numbered and number 1 comes with two bags) There were a few steps that were a little unclear, but nothing I couldn’t figure out. The curtain (step 97) confuses some people. I went back to a previous step and got the curtain to stay put doing that. I really enjoyed putting this together and I highly recommend this set to any Friends fan! I plan on buying a display case for it as well.

Awesome build, great gift idea!
I just finished putting it together and it was very fun! I couldn’t stop til finishedI think a lot of the other reviewers saying they are missing pieces at the beginning have a lot of hate built up and were just looking for the first thing to complain about. I was about ready to write a bad review when I thought I was missing pieces in Bag #1 for the first step, but being the optimist and observer I realized there was a second #1 bag for the first part of building. So be patient and look at all of the contents before jumping ship and complaining on your way down. Super fun build, I’m giving it as a gift to someone I know wouldn’t be patient enough to build themselves!

I have always liked Lego’s Ideas series. This favorite has been long for a long time. I can’t go out to buy and pass the time. After getting my hands, I can’t wait to start. This old friend’s central cafe is a classic scene in the play. Various details are perfectly restored. Even the packaging box is very designed to be reluctant to throw. Whether it is a drama fan or Lego fans, it must be collected!

Great collectible set
This is a great set to glue together for a serious Friends fan. It’s a little tricky in some of the build elements due to the way it is the TV ‘set’ being reproduced. Great little pieces of detail from Gunther’s broom to the umbrellas by the door, the signage and the pastries in the jar. A lot of these little details across all the elements of Central Perk make this a great discussion piece, too.The combination of this with LeGlue makes it a great display piece for either Lego or Friends collector fans.Awesome kit, very happy I picked it up.

Just like the show
This was a very weird set. This was the first time I have ever had to contact lego about a set I purchased, something must have happened to the first set because a couple of the key bottom pieces were bent and would not stay straight even after they had the weight on them, sent them a picture and they sent out a new set and shipping label for the old one. After I got a set that would stay together I love it, just wish it would have come with the light set they sell for it, it makes the little details pop. Love all the characters.

Lots of Pieces and a Memorable Set
This product came quickly through Amazon. The product is easy (enough) to assemble. I had to figure out where the tape was on the lego box to open it but found it on the bottom back of the box (instead of tape on both sides like it used to be). I have been building Legos for over 15 years now and have to admit, this set has a lot of pieces for the money, especially if you get it on sale or at a discount (ie. Black Friday sales). The design has very intricate little components that reflect parts of the Central Perk from the Friends tv show. This is definitely an item for collectors and people who like the show.
