problem with resolution
exactly 3 months light bulb went out and new bulb does not workcute ceramic turtle but stopped workingResolution. The company reached out to me and offered a refund or replacement. I choose replacement Received right. Problem was a bd switch.

My grandmother loves it

Will not be disappointed

I love the size, it’s perfect. It’s nice that it comes with a spare bulb. The dimmer works well. Would make a great night light for a bathroom or kitchen. It’s very cute, and not cheaply made.

Bulb life
The first bulb lasted months but the second lasted only a week to replace. Bulbs are very expensive and not standard. Very disappointed because the turtle is really cute but I can’t use it anymore.

Super cute & efficient!
The media could not be loaded.
The candles I normally buy are pretty expensive. What’s left at the bottom I like to cut out and melt but I couldn’t find the right melter. Turtle is soooo cute so I had to give it a try. My apartment has vaulted ceilings. Once it melted the smell filled the entire room.

The best birthday gift.
The best birthday gift for our 12 year old daughter. She absolutely loved it & its wonderful. VERY BRIGHT. She only uses it half way dimmed. Very nice & comes with 2 bulbs & a dimmable turn switch.

Great, but some Notes
It gets hot via the light, so if you were wondering, the light can’t be off and it work at the same time, right off the bat if you were wondering.It’s a very cute, and good turtle, use it often, and still keeping it. Some angles not exactly good, as the light will go through the holes and if you have a hole aim at you in the face, well, you are getting light at your face. So angle correctly. Directly facing you is a safe spot.There are some settings that are too low to melt it, as it will be on, but not melt. So you just gotta know.Overall, I haven’t had any problems, it was a good buy, with 0 regrets about it. GF loves it, and even named it.

Works great
I’ve had my eye on this warmer for some time but it was over $40 and came with a second piece which went in your garden. They finally started to sell just the warmer by itself and I bought it. The bulb gets hot really quick and it looks great on or off. The removable bowl makes cleaning out the old wax even easier. It comes with an extra bulb and is the perfect size to place anywhere.

Meet Shelly the Turtle!
This is absolutely the cutest wax warmer I’ve seen in awhile. I was surprised at how big it actually is. It’s heavy and seems very well made. It came with 2 bulbs which is super nice. Has a dimmer so you can turn the lights up and down. I turned mine all the wax up and I had 3 snap pieces melt in a matter of a minute and a half/two minutes. I’m getting a good throw from it. I may buy another one. Oh and Amazon packed this box amazing. So glad to see because that isn’t always the case.

CUTE AS CAN BE!!
I gave it 5 stars because this is the cutest wax warmer I’ve seen! However…wasn’t able to utilize because there were no bulbs that came with it! Two were supposed to have accompanied this warmer! Amazon was of NO help when I contacted them & asked if they would ship the 2 bulbs & the company never responded to my request for mailing me the 2 bulbs. Best Amazon’s customer service reps (I chatted with 4!) would do is apologize and convey how much they understand my frustration which only raised my level of anger higher!🙄 AND suggested I return it! Was being generous giving this a 5 star review! Customer service was NIL!! They’d rather you return it instead of stepping up their “Customer Service” to provide the bulbs it stated it came with!🫤 God forbid they go the extra mile.

This is a Fire Hazard. I DO NOT recommend
The wires inside are way too close to the light bulb. The 3rd or 4th time I used it, the wires almost caught on fire because they were touching the lightbulb inside, which I couldn’t see at first. I don’t even know why this is designed so that’s an option.I noticed smoke (smell then saw it) and quickly turned it off. But it was headed towards a fire. I don’t think this should be sold at all. I ordered a different wax melter from Amazon and the design is much safer. No wires, no lightbulb. I think Amazon should stop selling this.

Love the turtle and the light that goes on the wall. The light bulb burns out within a couple of days. Did not last long at all! The second bulb did the same thing. And both bulbs were not touched with bare hands.

its just okay
i’ve had this wax warmer for some time now and the first time I got it the bulb that was in it already was not working so I was forced to have to use the spare that was in the box provided. Luckily it had worked but after that, I noticed that, I could not smell wax melts powerful enough like the other ones I have had.

Very Cute
This doesn’t heat up enough to melt the wax melts. Maybe it would if it were turned all the way up, but then it’s very bright. So disappointing because its so pretty. I should have known better with since there weren’t a lot of reviews for it. Will be returning.

Pain in the neck

I love this warmer. It has a dimmer switch. It is larger than I expected and puts out a lot of light when on the high setting.It won’t melt the wax on the dimmest setting so basically serves as a night light.It comes with an extra bulb. Sadly, I have already had to use it. I moved the warmer when it was plugged in and the bulb quit.It is very cute and unique. It is a good value.

Bulbs are garbage-Update
So disappointed with this…both bulbs have already burned out within the short time that I’ve had this wax warmer. I don’t know why they use these annoying bulbs with it that cost a fortune to replace. There’s no way both should have burned out already!UPDATE-Seller reached out and offered a refund. Said they would be upgrading their bulbs with the next batch.

Good lighting, but poor bulb life
Love the ability to adjust the lighting. However, I have used this warmer for 3 months and both light bulbs provided have blown out already I do not have the light on every day, so I feel they should have lasted a little longer.
