Mostly great..
It’s box was torn completely down the side when I pulled it out of the (undamaged) shipping box. Thankfully nothing is broken and it is working as intended. Looks great and heats quickly.

Works great
The only downside to this wax warmer is that the campfire could be a little brighter. I use it mainly to put my large jar candles on it to get the last bit of fragrance out of what’s left of the candle when it’s burnt itself out. I like that you can put it on a timed setting, but I just let it run all day in order to let whatever candle sitting on it send its scent throughout the room.

Calming & peaceful
Love this wax warmer! I have a bunch and this one is right in our living room because it’s so calming to watch and it melts the waxes well which can sometimes be an issue.

Pretty but not hot enough
This wax warmer was the cutest one I found and I loved the glass around the edge. Having the automatic shut off was a great feature. However it never seemed to be hot enough to melt all the wax blocks even if I put in a small amount. It would not work for a regular candle. It fell off the table recently and I won’t be rebuying this same one.

False advertising
Will be returning; advertised as being able to use light separate from warmer, but this is not possible. I am not comfortable with constant burning wax. Icould have spent less money on an item that does what it says. Otherwise cute, but not what i was really hoping for.

Cheaply Made/ Not Satisfied
I gave this product a 3-STAR! I would have given a five star, because I do love the appearance of this product, and it does work great. However, after the very first time using it, I noticed something black floating in the melted wax, so as I went to pour the wax out, I noticed that the actual black paint inside the actual tray for the wax melts was peeling completely off and that was only after ONE time of using it. Now, after a few more times of using this product, almost all of the black paint in the tray is completely gone. I just purchased two of these within the last month at the same time. I paid around $70.00 for both with shipping and now am having to throw them away. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in this product as the outer appearance looked great!

More Like Molten Lava Than Campfire
This is a really nice candle warmer that gets hot pretty quickly (typically the candle is melting within 15 minutes) and I love that it has a timer so I can set it to 8 hours when I get into the office, and I don’t have to worry about manually shutting it off before I leave!Unfortunately it looks more like glowing molten lava than a campfire when it’s on. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it when I saw it in person, but after the 3rd person that saw it pointed out that it looked more like lava than a campfire, I figured that must have been it. Don’t get me wrong, it still looks pretty cool, it’s just not exactly the effect I was hoping for when I ordered it.

Bigger than expected
The glow is soft and gives off an elegant look when melting. The cup is bigger than most holding about 5 standard squares of melting wax. The outside doesn’t get hot when on but melts wax fast. Turning on or off is simple with a press of a button. The cup is coated making wax removal easy once heated up. The full metal design offers a excellent rustic look. Overall for the look, quality, design and price this wax melter makes a perfect gift or a great addition to anyroom of the house.

My favorite office addition
I love this wax warmer! It looks really well made, and heats candles and wax cubes up fast. The flickering flame effect is really nice, and I love the timer function as I often forget to turn wax warmers off. I would definitely buy this again!

Gorgeous
This is different than any other fragrance unit I have. It’s a two in one. Both a wax melt and a candle warmer. It’s very well made and very pretty to look at. If you want to use wax cubes you just sit the tray on top and pop them in. There’s a lip to keep it from sliding off. If you want to sit candles on it just leave the tray off! It fits even the bigger 19 oz yankee candle jars. It won’t fit any wider ones than that. I love how this looks! And it works well. Plenty warm enough to melt wax and emit candle fragrance. 10/10 recommend.

It’s beautiful to look at, and it melts my wax!? Just good all around.
I had a simple wax warmer before that was nothing special to look at. It was basically a heat lamp and that’s it. This one is lovely to look at, all while warming wax. What else could you ask for honestly!? It works well, has a few different settings for timing, and is built nicely.

Not safe, barely glowed but it did overheat so muh I almost got a burn
I have had this for 2 weeks now and don’t use it anymore. I have a different problem than other people seem to have. Mind you, I love burning wax melts, but they seem to be a hit or miss lately. I had 2 from another brand that died less than 1 month of owning them, both of them. With that said, I was looking for a new wax melt burner and this one looked appealing. This will be my 4th one in less that 6 months that we will not use. First, when I plugged it in, it barely lit up, I looked back on the page and figured they might have enhanced the picture, nope, other people are posting pictures where it looks really calming and well lit, a soft glow if you will. Mine has a slight reddish color, very slight in the center, it looked like a piece of charcoal with a small part burning in the center, very small. We stopped using it and I had this issue with the others but this by far was the worst, it was so hot to the touch it almost burnt my hands! The whole thing from the plug area to the device was too hot. Mind you, I live in a newer house with perfect electricity and never had any issues. I am not sure why this one was as hot as it was, it seems to be a theme with them though, again, hit or miss. I might go back to classic tealight candles wax melt burners since the ones that are made in China do not seem to have the safety features that are needed. This is one of the 2 that I almost burnt my hand on, this one barely lit up. We are not happy with this and will not be using it anymore. It is a fire safety issue at this point and a burn issue.
