Retired Firefighter finally found a way to sleep!
I can only say I wish I’d known about this 20 years ago. Retired firefighter and my sleep has never been good because of the up and down all night when I was working. Have been kicking and fighting in my sleep for years for that first hour and sometimes all night. Finally found a doctor that explained REM sleep disorder and told me to try these. I’m completely stunned that I’ve missed truly sleeping for years when this was all I needed. He didn’t try to make me get a script. Just Melatonin. WHO KNEW!! Taste great and work fast
These tablets taste almost too good and get into your system really fast since they are chewable. Wishing 30 minutes they allow your body and brain to relax and a wonderful sleepy feeling starts. I have the same brand in the 10 mg size and it works great ,but just wondering if since i started out on the 10 mg if it was to much, so thought i would try the 5 mg and even if they dont work as good i can just double up as you get twice as many 5mg as you do the 10mg

Love these!
I’ve tried several different brands of melatonin and like this one the best. Dissolves quickly and I learned to take it early evening at about 7:00 instead of the time I was taking it which was later tonight. It makes a difference and I love the quality of sleep it gives me because it gently makes me tired.

Lowered my sugar
Well, I’ve been taking this for a couple of months now and saying no to sweets (which is hard to do with my sweet tooth) last labs went down by 100, so I was very happy about. I’m doing my labs in another 3 months hoping for even better improvement. I also included sugar free candies, which is satisfies by sugar craving. Thank you Lord.

Works well & quickly
I’ve used this brand of melatonin for many years. In the past I have purchased the gummies. Love these dissolvable tablets as I can take them even after I brush my teeth or have my retainer on for those nights where I give up on falling asleep naturally and have to take a tablet.

MANUFACTURER: READ! Awesome Melatonin & Tastes EXCELLENT
Which is a problem… I’ve given my dog 1-2; which is fine for anxiety bc he hates certain noises, they get him to chill out. He loves them. About 30 minutes ago, the mostly full bottle fell off the shelf & he got a hold of the whole bottle. I wasn’t paying attention to him for about 15 minutes bc he’s an Australian Shepherd & gets into everything & is very sneaky. I went to find him bc he’s not usually quiet for too long. I had heard the cracking of something different, too. He ate appx 180 5mg dissolvable tablets bc we had used maybe 20 of the 200 by the time I got to him. I *think & hope* he’s going to be ok, but it happened about 30 min ago. MANUFACTURER:: PLEASE PUT A CHILD/DOG PROOF LID ON THESE BOTTLES! He’s so smart & knows what’s in that bottle by watching me get them out. He does the same with my Sundrop cans, so I can’t leave them sitting out if they’re empty. He cuts around the top aluminum & licks the soda out that’s leftover 🤦🏼♀️ but MANUFACTURER, PLEASE PUT A LOCKING-TYPE MECHANISM ON THE LID! Thank you.

Good taste
These are great me and my kids views them for years. The only bad thing is when your body starts to become dependent on them to sleep. Like anything you eventually will hit that wall. I personally don’t recommend more than 5 mg but I know a lot of doctors who recommend 20 mg or more. I take them as needed for sleep and they actually taste pretty good and kick in within 35 to 60 minutes.

I take these and within 30min I am sleeping and do not wake up for several hours which is great for me! Prior I would lie in bed and toss and turn for a long time before sleeping and would wake up often.

I am one who goes to bed at different times, and this product does help me get to sleep fast. The strawberry flavor has a pleasant taste. A bottle sits on my nightstand and when needed, they are easy to chew up. Good natural sleep aid
I was a little skeptical about melatonin, as it had been many years since I took it in the past when I was younger, but never really felt any effect back then, then after doing more research, I found out that the older we get as humans the more melatonin, our bodies do not produce, therefore our bodies need more melatonin in order for sleep, amongst other things things. Took one then another the first night and didn’t really feel too much, then after the second and third night it seems it’s starting to be more effective and feeling more rested with sleep, the taste is decent and dissolves fast in the mouth, I’m going to keep taking these on a regular basis to get better sleep. I would definitely recommend trying these out if you’re looking for help with any restlessness or overall better sleep

These are great!! We ordered these as a dissolvable alternative to the melatonin I used to take which you had to swallow because I was having a stomach surgery and couldn’t swallow any pills for a while, and these worked wonders! Now I prefer them over my old melatonin because I see results faster and they taste great! They dissolve smoothly as-well, it’s not gritty.

I take one just before I go to sleep and before you know it you are sound asleep. It doesn’t make me groggy when I wake up, I just feel like I got a good nights sleep with no after affects… I recommended trying these…they work very good, and I wake up refreshed.

This brand always works well
We bought the gummy version from the local store a while back, and even our kids like them to fall asleep quickly. I weigh around 230 lbs and one is more than enough. If two is taken, I have a super vivid dream and sometimes feel a bit groggy. But taking one right before bed, within 10-15 minutes (sometimes a little longer), I start to feel drowsy.It helps especially after a stressful day or where I want a calmer sleep. I still have vivid dreams with one but it also tastes like candy so definitely keep this bottle away from little kids. Both chewable and this dissolvable seem to work the same.

Okay, so let me tell you about this Natrol 5mg Chewable Melatonin—it’s a little gem! My hubby is the one who mainly takes these, but every now and then, if I need a little help drifting off to dreamland, I’ll snag one as well. And let me tell you, they work! The 5mg dose is spot-on—it’s not too strong that it knocks you out like a tranquilizer, but not too weak either.
