Like the design but not enough charges
I like the convenience of having the charging cable and the screen showing the percentage of battery left. We are able to charge the iPhone 14 plus 1 time with this from 8 percent to 98 percent and the power bank drop from 100 to 21 percent l. And my pixel 7 pro was charged from 61 percent to 100 percent. The power bank drop from 100 percent to 63 percent. It does seems like it is only good for 1 time full charge.Update: Seller RefundedEven through the product did not meet the expectation as described, seller reach out quickly. A refund was processed. I previously rate this a 2 stars. But I would rate the communication and service of the seller 5 stars. So I update the rating to 4.

Works well
I love that it has the built in cord but one of mine stopped working after about 6 months. I just plug in one now instead. It does charge about 2 full charges if it starts at 100% and it stays charged for awhile.

Charger stopped charging.
I’ve purchased 4 of these (2 pink, 1 white & 1 black) and 2 out of 4 have already stopped working. (Both of the pink ones)Im hoping even though the return window has closed they will see this and either help me fix it, send me a new one or give me a refund to purchase a new one.

Excellent buy!!
I’m so happy I purchased this item as it’s been a game changer to recharging my phone while at home or on the go. I no longer need to seek out somewhere to recharge my phone while traveling.. this totally takes away my worry that my phone would die while traveling. My sister was also wow’d by it, when I used it to recharge her iPhone and she saw how much faster her phone recharged vs. using her regular phone charger.. so much so, I purchased one for her also.

Not as described – Not a fast 22.5W charger
Bought because the description said it was a 22.5W fast charger and it had built in USB-C and Lightning cables.My Samsung Flip doesn’t get a fast charge at all like my other 22.5W charger.. and when charging, it takes almost the entire 10000 mAh to charge a 4000 mAh battery.. totally inefficient.. should have 2 charges of my battery..*update: Changing front 2 stars to 4 stars as the vendor reached out to me and offered to send me a full refund for the product not meeting my expectations, while keeping the battery.

Great Power Bank
As instructed, I depleted battery then fully charged prior to taking on my trip. It took forever to charge the power bank the first time, but it charges my phone fast. I haven’t noticed it taking an excessive amount of time to recharge. I use this often when out for the day and using my phone a lot for pictures with no outlets to recharge.

Good product for the price
This is a pretty good product for the price point and overall its performances is good except for one aspect. The button that you push on the side of the case does not always function properly, you push this button in order to determine the percentage of the current storage level of the device. If this product had a viable button, I would give it five stars.

Works great
I bought this during hurricane beryle to keep my cell phone charged. I was out of power a week here in Houston, tx. I was able to get several charges out of. I had to go to McDonald’s to charge my phone it charges quickly. It has 5 ports as you can see in the pictures. So I changed my 2 cell phones. Today it took it out of the drawers and it’s still 100% It’s a month later. So it holds its charge I plan to take it with me when I’m out carry it so if I’m dining I charge my cell. Very good product makes it convenient for me. The lighted number that shows the charge percent is bright you can easily see. It seems to be of good quality it’s large and heavy I think it will last a long time. It’s convenient enough to carry in your purse on the regular it’s comfortable in my hand. The black color is beautiful I’m happy I got it I’ll have my cell phone charged next black out. This is a good product I’ll buy again. 5 stars

Built-in USB-C charger cord never worked but it’s great otherwise
I’ve had and used this for just shy of a year. The built in USB-C cable has never worked, so that’s the reason 4/5. Nearly everything I use is USB-C so that was really disappointing at first.BUT I can still plug in a USB to USB-C cord and use it to charge my phone. Aside from the annoyance of needing an additional cord, this is still a really great power bank!It holds a charge really well, works fast, and it’s also a nice, slim size.If the built in USB-C cord worked as designed, it would be perfect.I do not use any apple products but I let someone use this and they remarked how fast the built in cable charged their iPhone.

My “go to charger”
The charger recharges better than anything I have. It has the included cord needed to charging my I-phone so it is very convenient. The only thing better would be to include the cord to charge the charger. It’s a beautiful color that has maintain throughout consistent use. Can’t speak highly enough about this charger.

Excellent product at great pricepoint
Works well. Built in cables for Lightning and USB-C are very useful. %Battery life display is highly useful. This is an excellent product for a very low price. Negatives? Should come with a minimal case or pouch to keep the cable connectors and ports clean. Warranty is minimal. But considering low price, these are minor negatives and don’t detract from the product quality and performance itself.

Super-fast charge & plenty of juice
I bought this power bank to take on vacation with me, in case I couldn’t re-charge my phone. It is a really fast charge, faster than plugging into the Mains power. And, even after it has recharged my phone, it still has plenty of power to charge another phone or device.It does take longer to recharge the power bank itself, but as that can be done overnight, I’m not bothered.Great product.

Single type-c charger
It been almost year since I bought this charger and I still works great. It durable, small, have fast charging. But the only complain I have that I purchased with 2 type-c, instead I got 1 type-c and a lighting cable.

Does what it needs to do
Good power bank Takes about 7 hours to fully charge over night and when its fully charged it can charge one phone fully in about 30-60 minutes. It can’t charge like 3 or 4 people’s phones. On one single charge, you’re gonna have to plug it in overnight again to charge someone else’s phone. That’s the only thing. I thought you could charge multiple phones at the same time and although u can, it won’t charge everyones phone to 100% But I’m happy because I got it. It’s because my car.For some reason, let me charge my phone and listen to music at the same time. So I use the power bank to charge my phone only one, it’s super dead and I need to go on a road trip and it works great.

Excellent back up
Traveling to Europe and using phone as a camera, I was concerned that I would drain the battery. This unit is so compact it can fit anywhere and carry’s enough power to charge two phones that were down to single digit power for two days. Now home, If my house loses power, I know this unit is in a drawer ready to use to ensure my phone can be charged to 100% for days.

So clutch!!!
This power base came in SO CLUTCH during that big power outage that hit Chicago last month. This lasted all night (8+hrs) and still had charge left well into the morning the next day. (I use my phone to play ambient noise to sleep, so if I don’t keep my phone charged at night the battery will die while I rest and I’ll oversleep, be late for work etc.)It’s also very cute, easy to operate and I love that it has all the cables I need built in!! One very important thing to note: it will only charge with that super short cable it comes with. Other type C chargers will not work. They will “confuse” the device and instead of charging it will make the battery % go down instead of up. DO NOT LOSE THAT BABY CORD!!!Already recommended this product to my roommate 😁 (would’ve added a picture but idk where it’s at, sry!)

Updated review: A DEFINATE MUST HAVE
UPDATE: Seller reached out immediately after my review posted and offered refund or replacement – I took replacement (bc it was a great product, I think it just had a bad wire) I got the replacement in literally 1 day, gave it to the birthday guy and it worked perfect…fast forward a few weeks- still working amazing, charges 2 phones at once if you have android and iPhone, has a super fast charging time and just a great product. Customer service is unmatched and that’s where it really counts. 20/10 recommend!Previous Post:Gave as a birthday present, must have just been a faulty one, have to hold the wire and phone a certain way for it to charge, if it moves it’ll stop charging…didn’t have normal return times, looks like I had to report a issue same day recieved which couldn’t open bc it was a gift. Luckily it wasn’t the full $60…going to reorder him a different brand to replace just incase this isn’t a ongoing issue with this brand.

Convenience and exactly what I need

Love this charger
Love this portable charger. First time I used it was to a Yankees/Reds game in NYC in July. Took lots of pics at the game, all around the city, and used it on the subway to charge up my phone and it was great! I never have to worry about my phone going dead on vacation. I love it! Worth buying!

Great External Power Supply!
I’m always looking out for ways to never be far away from charging things that I rely upon to make it through my day. So, when the opportunity to grab this one, I jumped at it. The price was certainly fair, so I took the plunge.I’m glad I did. First off, I love it for 3 big reasons: it has a built-in power meter so you know just how much juice you have left and because it has a built-in cord for fast-charging either my iPhone (lightning port) or almost everything else with a USB-C cord. Talk about convenient. About the only way to make this even better would be to include wireless charging. The problem with that is you’d probably have to give up fast corded charging in order to be able to do that (although I don’t know that for certain). Either way, for what it is, how small it is I find it crazy useful and think it was easily one of my better purchases in a long time.In short: I Love It.

Still Deciding…
So, this is definitely a Great battery charger that takes your phone from zero to 100 very quickly. BUT, with that being said, the description indicates you can charge two devices at one while also charging the battery itself. Good Luck with that attempt. It’s better than your average battery charger but it gets the life sucked out of it too quickly.
