They work but recent order was melted.
These are highly effective in helping calm and relax me before bed. The most recent order I purchased arrived as one, big gummy, possibly melted from heat at some point. I ordered another as a replacement but it too was similarly melted. I’m going to have to try another brand for a bit.

Effective and Great for Sleepless Nights!
I don’t take this often but it helps if I am having a sleepless night. I really enjoy the taste and it’s good to have in the medicine cabinet when I really need one. My husband also enjoys this brand and this is a product we will continue to purchase in the future. Thank you!

Work great and taste great!

As a pharmacist, I recommend melatonin as first line treatment to try to help people regulate their sleep cycle. Sleep hygiene in general is a very important part of going to sleep properly for my husband and I, melatonin and the sleep machine are two big parts of our sleep hygiene that we use every night in order to get a good nights rest. This particular gummy is very tasty and so I tend to recommend this one over the others. I would definitely try this to see if it helps before going to any other medication.

YES!!! I sleep like a baby and wake feeling really refreshed and ready to go!
I fall asleep very easily and quickly and sleep soundly. My only issue is that I could easily sleep for 10-12 hrs straight and still want to keep sleeping, no matter how much sleep I get. I just never wake feeling well rested and never seem to have any energy. So I tried melatonin pills. Nothing. Tried herbal and sleepytime teas. Still nothing. The very first night I took 2 of these gummies, I slept like a baby and woke 6 hrs later feeling ready to tackle anything! I thought it was a fluke. Been taking them for a few months now, and can honestly say that I am consistently waking up and feeling great after only 4-6 hrs of sleep. My one and only complaint… I wish I could actually sleep for 6-8 hrs. Unless I go to bed at 2 am, I find that I wake up too early (after only 4-6 hrs) when taking these. So if I wake up at 4 am raring to go, but realize that it’s just too early still and go back to sleep, then when the alarm goes off a few hrs later, I’m back to feeling pretty tired and cranky and crappy. I have tried adjusting dosage by taking one or three instead of two, but none of that seeks to work any better. So ultimately, I stay up later than I want so that I can at least stay on a somewhat normal schedule.

Works Great
These Melatonin gummies help me fall asleep fast. They taste great and the texture is just like candy. I’m able to take just one gummy and I’m asleep in 30 minutes. The great thing about these is that there is no morning grogginess for me at all. The price is great for 120 gummies!

Inconsistent quality
Sometimes I get the brighter red gummies that aren’t as soft. Other times, they’ve been dark purple and soft. Once or twice they’ve been stuck together and very difficult to remove from the bottle (and ended up throwing them away and replacing). I think the the purple gummies work best for me.

Changed Formula
I am on my third bottle of this product so I am able to compare over time. Unfortunately, the formula has been changed and not for the better. The gummies are smaller, harder to chew, not as tasty, stick together in a glob, and don’t seem to have the same effectiveness. As a repeat customer, I really liked the former product. Like so many things, why change something that worked just fine and make it worse. I hope the company considers the many comments regarding this and changes back to the formula we all liked. I am questioning too whether I will continue to order this brand.

Updated Review: Pleasant Taste – They Just Stick Together in the Bottle
They have a pleasant (not too sweet) taste and they work well; I use two gummies however other people may respond well to the 2.5 mg dosage. Note well: according to the label on the bottle two gummies is a serving of (2.5 mg each gummie = 5 mg); just wanted to point this out since there is some discrepancy among some of the reviews stating various strengths / dosages.Why the 4 stars? The product dries out after opening (yes, the lid was on) and I am finding myself having to dig into the bottle with my fingers because several have clumped together; and there is some drying on the outer surface.Updated: I just purchased these at Target 11.22.17 and several of the gummies are stuck together in a clump; I didn’t find this to be a problem because they are easy to separate and two gummies is a serving anyway. If you look at the bags of gummy bears in the supermarket they are clumped as well.So why the 4 stars? It is a hassle getting the gummies out when you are half finished your bottle because the clump is too large to get out of the hole in the bottle and you do have to insert your fingers to extract the gummies.

Back Pain and Nosebleeds
I bought this product to help me fall asleep. It DID do that. However, within two days of starting it, I woke up with excruciating back pain in my mid back. It hurt to breathe. I am not a person who suffers from back pain or problems and wondered what in the world I had done to hurt myself. Each night I would take the melatonin gummies and each morning I would wake with back pain. Two days after the back pain began I sneezed and my nose began bleeding. It bled so much my hands were full of blood by the time I realized what was happening and ran to the bathroom. My nose continued to bleed for almost 10 minutes. I also dont suffer from nosebleeds or have a clotting problem.After almost six days of agony in my back and a bloody nose, I thought back on what was different and realized the ONLY thing different was I had been taking those melatonin gummies. However, I couldnt believe a harmless sleep aid could do this to me. To test my theory I didnt take the gummies one night. The next morning I awoke with zero back pain. I felt great. That night I took the gummies again and the next morning I woke with excruciating back pain. (See the pattern here!) Again, I also experienced a traumatic nosebleed. Neither of these things are listed in potential side effects. However, the 1% contraindications do list pain and nosebleeds. I guess I’m in the 1%, but I bet I’m not the only one. If you began experiencing back pain after taking these, stop like I did and see if your pain goes away. While these may be helpful for bringing on sleep, the debilitating back pain is not worth it. I hope this helps someone.

These are working for me so far
Had tried a different brand of melatonin before without success, but a friend recommended these and so far they are great. Not sure if it is a placebo effect, but these have gotten me to sleep within 15 minutes every night since I started using them. Very happy about that as I have major issues with insomnia, and prescription medications often don’t work and tend to give me headaches. So far, I am having no side effects with the melatonin and it has been very effective – only been taking these for a few weeks but am very encouraged.

Worked for me!
These definitely have helped me fall back asleep in the middle of the night. I keep these in my nightstand for those nights that I have trouble sleeping. I was looking for something that didn’t require me to get up and get a glass of water. With that said, because these are gummies I feel like I have to brush my teeth afterwards so it defeats the purpose. They do not have sugar coating. Once I complete these, I’ll return to capsules because I can’t stand feeling the sweet/gooey gummies on my teeth.They are made in the USA.

Amazing
Texture is great, they’re extremely effective, and I’m having dreams again!My daughter (in university) put me on to these as they’ve helped her turn off study mode and be able to get good sleep. I tried them for a week and I’m a completely different person.For the last 2 or so years, I’ve barely slept…. my monitor says about an hour or two COMBINED at night. I was so tired during the day my eyes and face hurt. I’m now sleeping perfectly, falling and staying asleep, getting 6 plus hours of solid sleep a night and a ton of REM which I hadn’t gotten in years.My youngest son is autistic and has a terrible time sleeping as well, so after making sure all electronics are off, and reducing liquids, I decided to give these a go. They work great for him as well, and he comes in my room to ask for his gummy on his own at 20h.I’ve now recommended these to any and everyone that mentions a sleeping problem.I had to get a different brand this time due to how long these would take to get to me… wish me luck.

The old formula seems to be back!
The older formula where the gummies were a deep purple had a better texter and taste of the newer smooth redder gummy. That being said my boyfriend and I ordered at the same time – I got the purple he got the smooth red. I compared lot and expiration and while I cant confirm this – my EXP was a year later and my lot number was a higher number. To me that seems to be they brought the old formula back! Hooray!

Changed the shape, texture and taste
I bought a bottle of these a couple months ago and loved them. They worked great, tasted good and had a good texture. When that bottle was almost gone, I ordered another. Just opened the new bottle tonight and the shape, texture and taste are completely different 😞 I liked the other bottle better. They’re just okay now. Hopefully they still work just as good. First off, they taste amazing. Almost like a little snack before bedtime. Id eat the whole bottle but I wouldn’t wake up for a week. They work pretty fast. I take 2 and I’m a 220lb man. They help me sleep when I need to as I’m in the military and I’m either pulling shift work or out flying missions. My work completely messes up my circadian rhythm and this melatonin helps me correct it when I need to. As I wrote this I’m getting ready to stay up for 24 hours straight in order to sleep all day tomorrow amdiring the day and wake up in the evening to work a night shift. Coffee helps me stay up and the melatonin puts me down right when I need to sleep. No fuzzyness, headaches or grogginess when I wake up. Just solid sleep.

It does the job, most of the time 🤔
I got this sleeping gummies to help me break the bad habit of going to bed late, unnecessarily 😅. At first I thought it would take a bit for my body to get used to it but after consuming half of the bottle and not seeing any difference, because it doesn’t seem to have any effect whatsoever on me, so stopped using it. But I tried again and noticed a bit difference in my sleep pattern. I guess it depends on how restless do you feel before going to sleep 😅

These work really well
The only problems are they’re very tasty and if I mistakenly take more than two I get a really bad headache. They’re not like most gummies these are small (I put a picture with it next to the normal sized gummies. It’s the little purple one) so be careful to check that you’re not taking more then the recommended two at night.I usually fall into a deep sleep about 20 minutes after chewing them.For the price it’s a great deal and a safer way to falling asleep than a rx aide.

These taste good BUT they are a very dense and chewy gummy. I wouldn’t personally buy them because they don’t breakdown well they just chew into smaller gummy pieces instead of dissolving after you chew them. They work fine but I think there is a better brand.

I FINALLY found a melatonin product that works for me!
I bought this because I have suffered from sleep issues my whole life. To this day, I go to bed and lay there for AT LEAST an hour (usually longer) before sleep hits me and it was all exacerbated by working night shift. I have tried everything from journaling to meditation, exercise, reading, other melatonin products and over the counter sleep aids, as well as seeing a doctor.My husband bought these Melatonin gummies to hopefully help me sleep a little better and these are the ONLY melatonin product (or over the counter medication in general) that has helped my sleep issues! It is tasty, easy to take, helps me get to sleep faster, and I don’t wake up feeling groggy.My husband does say that these make him a bit groggy, but I’ve never felt that way and I think he’s maybe just a bit over sensitive (he doesn’t even need melatonin, he falls asleep the second he lies down).Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this melatonin for anyone who needs an over the counter sleep aid. This is a review of the Vitafusion Extra Strength Melatonin Blackberry 5mg 120 count Gummies.Summary – I have a terrible time getting my mind to shut off at the end of the day to get a good nights rest. I have mainly been using Tylenol PM and diphenhydramine. Tylenol PM does typically work but sometimes it will not for some reason. Since it has acetaminophen, I do not like to use it much. My main sleep aid was diphenhydramine. This causes dry mouth and I found for some reason it prevents me from sleeping if I am not able to get to sleep within the first hour.When I read about this, I was skeptical but thought it would be worth looking into. I have been using these for over a month now and could not be happier. Unlike most sleeping pills which can cause dry mouth or leave you feeling terrible the next morning, these have no apparent side effect so far.It is hard to explain how these work. They do not make me tired yet when I am ready to go to sleep, I can do so very quickly now without any early waking up. When I wake up, I am not groggy.Each of the gummies is 5mg and the bottle has 120 gummies. The blackberry is what we have and the flavor is very nice.Did not get to try on a flight yet, however, these are supposed to help with jet lag.While not a factor for me, these are also gluten free.Note – One serving size is 2 gummies which give you 5mg. If you take four gummies, you are getting 10mg. Calories per serving is 15 and this bottle will give you 60 servings.Note – I am certainly not a doctor and if in doubt or unclear of all side effects-dosage or other issues, you should consult a doctor before using.Hope this helps and as with all my reviews, I will update this should something change.

NOT THE ONE I WANTED
I bought a bottle of Melatonin awhile ago and I haven’t been able to find the exact flavor and the one that helped me get to sleep. I thought this was the one but the flavor is not the same and it doesn’t really help like the one I really liked did. By the time I decided to get another bottle, I hd finished the bottle awhile ago and I believe it was Vitafusion and I’m not sure if it was 5Mgs or more but I know it worked. That bottles I’ve bought since, haven’t been doing the job and the flavor doesn’t do anything for me either. I was sure this was the brand and the flavor but it’s not.

I was skeptical …
I wasn’t getting a deep sleep for a while. It might have been due to stress or maybe it was too hot in my sleep quarters or something else but I just knew when I woke up, I felt groggy. So, I decided to try these gummies. I like the gummies because I don’t have to swallow a large dry pill and wait for it to work. You just chew two gummies about 30 minutes before you want to start winding down. I will admit I was skeptical. I had never take melatonin before but had heard about it by word of mouth and I heard people on YouTube talk about it. The first couple of times I didn’t think it was working but gradually I started to notice that I had been working the entire time. It’s just so subtle that you just think you’re just tired. I noticed I would start yawning in about 30-45 minutes after I took the gummies and my eyelids would continuously droop and drop and my head would start the bob and weave. Then the lightbulb went off…it was working. I was sleeping longer than I had before without waking up in the middle of the night. I didn’t feel as groggy when I work up after 7-8 hours of full sleep. I felt like my sleep was a bit deeper. It wasn’t so deep that I worried about not waking up or oversleeping. It was just deep enough. So, I’m a fan of these gummies. The taste isn’t bad either. It tastes a bit more natural instead of artificial flavors. I think it says they’re vegan but I’m not sure. I’ll be reordering when I run out but there are so many in the bottle that I think I’ll have them for a long time. I do suggest keeping them in the refrigerator so they don’t melt or stick together.

Changed recipe; too hard, sticks in throat
I hate this new formulation. They are way too hard and even if I chew them really well, the pieces get stuck in my throat.The smell out of the bottle is also quite gross (a very strong gelatin odor).These used to be very nice, texture and taste both, but I will not be buying these again.
