The worst.
Not automatic. I can deal with it not being automatic but this is so poorly designed you’d be wet in a down pour trying to fiddle with it to open and close it. Trying to close this is the absolute worse, because it’s so poorly designed trying to close it could break it. After use I hang up the umbrella on it loop and the handle doesn’t lock in place so it drops to its full length. It’s not worth my time returning. Only keeping on hand if a friend needs it.

Good quality
The umbrella looks exactly like the picture! It’s actually good quality, and does its job perfectly. I love the button for easy access, and fits right in the pocket of my backpack! Very good price for the quality of the umbrella!

Not very well made
This umbrella looks nice but is very flimsy. It’s already bent in places. It’s hard to close and impossible to get the cover back on. It works okay for now, but I know it won’t for very long. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Sun Blocker
I actually use this small umbrella to cover my sun sensitive plants. It has a great black liner under neath which really protects my plants and its waterproof too! Great product for what I need it for.Thank you.

Doesn’t have a release button on plastic handle
Pretty and sturdy enough, but near impossible to retract back down into handle. I could overlook that if only there were a button on the grip-part of the handle that would automatically expand the umbrella. Not worth returning — gave it to my grandson.

Cheap. You get what you pay for.
I purchased this for a Halloween costume so I wanted inexpensive. This was perfect for what I needed. Not super sturdy and I suspect would not last well in wind. There were a few times that it accidentally hit the retract button and I would have to close it all the way and reopen in order to get it to lock back in the open position.Maybe this is perfect to keep sun off you in nice calm weather?

I like the color and strength of this umbrella but it is too heavy for me to use because of my carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis so I gave it to a friend.

The buttons work good to open and close but it is very very hard to push down. It literally took all my strength and a child could not do it.

Umbrella
It’s compact,is exactly as pictured.I’ve used it in the rain, but not during a very windy storm, so that’s why I can’t comment on how it performed. This is why I gave it just 4 stars.

I love the effect of a “double fold” umbrella! It is a very basic traveler, nothing fancy but does the job.

I love it
I love the umbrella!! Sometimes the wind can turn it inside out if the wind is very strong, but other than that it is easy to use and has made my life easier!
According to product information, this item has a remote control. However it does not. –

Yellow Bear umbrella
I like the quality. Good value for the money. It’s easy to open. However, once I collapse it, it takes a bit of effort to push it in and decrease the length. Love it anyway!

Used once and it broke
Listen, the umbrella still works, and it was cheap. But every single time we open it, the last row of joints flips the wrong way and creates a bucket. Then we have to flip it back while trying not to break them, and then we can use it.

Opens inside out
This was weird. When I opened the umbrella, it opened inside out like when a strong wind catches your umbrella and flips it out. I reopened it several times to make sure I wasn’t missing something, and I wasn’t.

Junk
They didn’t send me the right one. I ordered the rainbow and received polka dot. Also this umbrella is impossible to close. You have the press the button and still have to fight to get to click down. Just a poor quality made in my opinion.

Returned instantly
Once I got it out of the package, I basically had to force it to open. I quickly noticed the cheap quality. I opened it only to see that all of the wires bend the opposite way, basically making a water basket above your head. The purposefully fold in that way when you close it. The product doesn’t tie back together well when you attempt to close it, making it bulky. I was very excited about this product and the size was great, but basically unusable.

Very effective!
Since we live in south Florida, we have been getting hit by these rough storms recently and experiencing a lot of flooding. Even through this, the umbrella still withstood all the pressure and didn’t break! All other umbrellas I have tried to use during these storms have broken, so seeing this one with a sturdy handle, good grip, and good diameter was able to further my experience with this product. Also, I absolutely adore the textiles that were used for the design of this umbrella. Overall, 10/10 product.

Works fine for me.
I only had it for a couple of days, but it opens and closes fine for me. The light blue /baby blue color i picked is nice for me and met expectation. Closing and compacting it is a 2 hand effort. And will take some mild force. But the price is quite a deal and i have no complaints with mine so far.

Great Color and Sturdy, but Hard to Close.
I really like the color and sturdiness of this windproof travel umbrella. It’s small and lightweight, making it perfect for carrying around. The steel shaft feels durable and reliable. However, it’s a bit hard to close, which can be inconvenient, especially when you’re in a hurry. Other than that, it’s a solid choice, and I’m happy with the overall quality.

Not bad
Only giving it a 4 because when I go to open it up, the frame wants to keep bending down like the position it’s in when it’s closed. Otherwise, it’s fine.

Poor quality
Great colors and prompt delivery.Poor quality. The base handle fell off after 3 uses and the umbrella would not open appropriately after 3 uses. I have to manually unfold the sides and glue the handle back on.

Too much trouble to close
I’m am disabled and wanted a simple umbrella for rainy days. Well this one is not simple at all you have to hassel with it to open and close and put it back in sleeve. Buy something else. I bought a rainbow one and the navy blue one. This review applies to both

Broke after just a few uses. 😕
We purchased this umbrella for our son. It’s very sturdy and heavy duty. Has not flipped upside down in the few times he’s used it. Today, it broke. It will not stay up. Tried the button, doesn’t work. Tried to manually put it up, doesn’t lock in the up position. Essentially trash which is disappointing. My son walks home and today it was pouring. Super disappointing purchase.

Very sturdy for the price
The only thing I didn’t like, was trying to compact it back to the small size after closing it. The only way to do it, is on the floor. Not that it’s a big deal but it took me a bit to figure out how to compact it back to size again.

Very Difficult to Open and Close So You Soak Yourself
My daughter loved this pattern, and it was marketed toward children, so I bought it for her. Well… you get what you pay for. I gave it three starts for “value for money” because it didn’t cost very much, and it technically works, so I guess there’s value in that. But this umbrella is very hard to open and even harder to close. I’m 41 years old and I have to use a lot of effort to push the top of the umbrella into the bottom “closed” position. You can’t just pull it down from the inside, like a normal umbrella. It is far too difficult. You have to collapse it and then literally push from the TOP of the umbrella into the bottom part. And it still takes some strength. My seven year old daughter can’t do it at all. Also, while you’re closing it, you completely soak yourself because you’re having to manhandle the outside of the umbrella. This renders it almost moot. I gave it two stars for sturdiness because, while it didn’t break, it’s not practical at all. Spend more money and get something that actually works.

Not what I expected.
It is very cute yes but kind of odd.A bit flimsy and very thin material. When you try and close it the ends point up so it’s very difficult to close and get back into cover. Not kids friendly so had to return.
