It had totally melted by the time I received it. The oak and lavender smells were terrific. Next time, I’ll purchase this directly from the manufacturer. That’s why I gave it three stars.

Not like they used to be
Overall pretty good scent but not as good as the new formula wax and real scents in other more modern company made candles. The wax smells strong sometimes over encompassing the scent. I will not buy these again because I can buy a better candle at a lower price at ALDIs!,,,

Here’s the thing, don’t order from Amazon. I tried to reorder the same item and Amazon had jacked up the price. I went to Yankee Candle’s website and got the same item for half the price that Amazon was trying to charge me.

Heavenly scent
I usually only buy Lavender and Vanilla candles (yes, I know, I’m very fussy). I buy Yankee Candles regular Lavender, so when I saw this one I tried it. It is fantastic. Not overpowering, and a (for me) unique scent. Already going to order 2 more. I hope this is a ‘permanent’ scent from them (sales will tell).

I love these candles
I believe most people know that Yankee Candles are amazing, so this review feels a little redundant. But they smell amazing and last a long time. My favorite scents are the spicy fall scents, but this time I got the dried lavender and oak and it smells so good! I have never been disappointed by a Yankee Candle.

I love the scent
I thought maybe it would be too sweet but after burning for a bit the oak came out it was completely wonderful! I’ve been spending way too much money on other brands that were beautifully packaged but did not function properly or didn’t smell right so this is a real find for me!! I’m not a real fan of the jar but I’ll keep buying this one regardless.

Yankee Candle is #1
I love Yankee Candle. It is the only brand of candle that is priced very well, and is fragrant for a long time! Yankee Candles don’t burn up in two days. Dried lavender and oak is my scent soul mate haha ♥️Definitely worth the money!

The lavender and oak candle smells soft and woodsy every time you open the jar….unfortunately, the only way to get the scent after it’s lit is by sticking your nose four inches above the flame. It’s been burning longer and more evenly than most Yankee jar candles, just doesn’t have any throw.

Loved it. I wish they lasted longer. I used for night meditation, prayer, and relaxation. Zet up in room for an hour b4 entering. After an hour, slept like a baby and hubby said I slept so quiet the 2nd night he had to check me.

Time for spring!
This candle was 1/2 off and it smells amazing. I was not sure about the oak but it cuts some of the overly floral and cloying smell of some candles and it really diffuses through the house. I have one in the bathroom and one in the living room and after a few hours the whole house smells amazing.

Great candle!
I bought this candle because a friend suggested I get one. This was my first Yankee Candle. I was really impressed at the lovely scent. It did take a couple of hours for the candle to really ‘burn in’, but once it did the scent was filling my 300 sq. ft. room where it is located. I will be purchasing more Yankee Candles in the future.

The throw is amazing
The throw can be found upstairs if you lit the candle downstairs. I typically light two at a time to fill my downstairs quickly, and for the smell to make its way upstairs in the hallway. I’m not sure about lavender. I’ve smelled lavender and this doesn’t give Whole Foods vibes. It still smells really good to me.

Very light smell
I smelled this at the store and I have kept an eye out on Amazon for it to be in stock or to get it at a decent price. I grabbed it when I saw it for a good deal, and I don’t know if it was old or what the problem was but I could barely smell it at all. I have bought many candles by yankee on Amazon and never had an issue not being able to smell them. I don’t like heavy over powering smells, however this was so light I really do feel like something was wrong with the candle. I suggest you smell it at the store so you know what it’s supposed to smell like. Like I said all other ones I have bought such as pink sand always have smelled perfect.

Great smell, nice color, not the most even burn though
I really enjoyed the scent of this candle and the muted purple matched my decor perfectly. I was somewhat disappointed in the way it burned straight down the center though creating a wax well that was putting out the flame constantly. There was a lot of waste.

Yankee dried lavender and oak candle
Yankee has always put out a good product. I really love the smell of lavender. Love the smell of this candle but noticed it isn’t very fragrant as others I’ve gotten when burning 🔥
