Nothing like it
I absolutely love Yankee Candles, and this one is no exception! The scent is incredible—it’s strong enough to fill the entire room without being overpowering. It creates such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The candle burns evenly, and it lasts for a really long time, giving me great value for my money. Whether I’m relaxing with a book or hosting friends, this candle always adds the perfect touch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality candle!

This scented candle truly smells like lilac blooms.
I happen to love the scent of lilacs. The flowers and their scent (along with lillies of the valley) are the epitome of springtime and the month of May for me, as my Mother’s birthday was in May and rarely did a year go by without this one relative bringing her a big bouquet of freshly cut lilacs she had cut from the lilac bushes growing on her property. My sister and I would pick lillies of the valley, since they bloomed at the same time, but safely at ground level so it was something we could manage. This Yankee Candle Company’s lilac candle smells so similar to a lilac bloom it really is quite amazing for me to realize it is actually a candle emitting the scent I smell now when using it and not an actual lilac flower in a bouquet sitting on a table someplace back in time in mid May. I love it. The lilac scent from this candle is really quite strong in its intensity, as lilacs are known to be. Since this candle came in a large styled mason jar with removable lid, I can just remove the lid and not even burn the candle to get a whiff of the scent. Actually burning the candle gives you even a stronger scent. The pastel purple coloring of the wax used is pretty to see, and perfect for a lilac scented candle. I happen to like the larger sized candles in the mason jar made by Yankee Candle Company more than their smaller sized candles. While heavier and larger than their other candles, the lid fits tightly on its top when not burning the candle, helping to preserve the scent of the candle for a longer period of time, as well as keeping the candle free from dust etc, if you want to store the candle away for a time. The mason jars look good sitting out on a counter or table. Candles made in them are harder to light however after they have burned down lower in the jar, as you either need a long match, a piece of spaghetti, or else a lighter that can reach the wick when you want to burn the candle. I am not sure if the wax is of soy or from petroleum, as soy is considered cleaner overall for the environment when you burn a candle, that according to those who should actually know will say, but this candle burns well and is one of my favorite scented candles I have tried, and so I will purchase this again in the future, rather than trying another. Personally, I prefer the scented candle better than the actual lilac bush which I had planted in the yard at one time, as the candle is easier to maintain and smells just as good as the real bush. This candle was a win-win for me on all accounts and I highly recommend it if you love the scent of lilacs and wish you could smell their blooms year round.

My favorite scent!
I recently purchased the Pink Sands Yankee Candle and I am absolutely thrilled with the delightful scent it brings to my home. The fragrance of Pink Sands is reminiscent of sweet and fruity pink starburst candy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The candle burns evenly and releases the scent evenly throughout the room, filling the air with a pleasant aroma that is not overpowering. I love how the scent lingers long after the candle has been extinguished, leaving a lasting impression. The Pink Sands Yankee Candle has quickly become one of my favorites, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a touch of sweetness to their living space. Five stars!

I recently purchased Yankee Candle’s Pink Sands Scented Candle from Amazon, and let me tell you, this little gem has transformed my mom’s bathroom breaks into a mini tropical getaway. I bought it specifically for those moments when nature calls, and my mom needs a bit of olfactory assistance while she’s, well, attending to business.The candle’s scent is like a fragrant breeze on a deserted island. Imagine if a coconut and a hibiscus had a romantic rendezvous and decided to share their love with the world. That’s exactly what Pink Sands smells like. It’s like a vacation in a jar, minus the sunburn and sand in awkward places.Since lighting this candle, the bathroom has turned into a serene escape. Great candle
This is my favorite Yankee scent and I’m so happy to be able to find it on amazon at an affordable price. I did have an issue where the item arrived absolutely shattered; however, amazon was quick to offer to ship another out to me. I did have to go through the maze of amazon UI to get to a live rep though as amazon self help kept telling me to ship shattered glass back to amazon, which doesn’t sound safe to me.

Yankee Candle for the win

Arrived quickly always smell lovely, broke during shipping
I got my Yankee candles and I absolutely love them, however one did break during shipping. I was able to get the candle out of the remaining glass and plan to light it on a dish. The heavy lids might be a shipping concern. The cardboard thing that wraps around it was ripped at the lid area so I’m assuming this is what the issue was.The other one arrived perfect and I’ve already burnt through it pretty quickly! I just love the pink sand smell.

Doesn’t smell like…
The candle doesn’t smell like gardenia.It is a faint scent which I also don’t like however it’s a nice scent whatever it is.Another thing I don’t like about Amazon is that the drivers never knock on my door to let me know they delivered. They just leave it out for the porch pirates.

Nice Relaxing Aroma
Yankee Candle Pink Sands Scented Classic 22oz Large Glass Jar Candle is a delightful choice. With an impressive burn time of over 110 hours, it ensures lasting enjoyment. These candles are not only fragrant but also beautifully packaged in a decorative glass jar with a lid, making them an excellent gift for any occasion. However, I encountered a minor issue: the candle didn’t burn all the way to the bottom. A few ounces remained unreachable, frustratingly out of reach for a regular lighter. My recommendation? Invest in a Utility Lighter. When the candle burns down closer to the bottom, this handy tool allows you to reach the wick without struggling. After all, there’s nothing worse than a partially used candle that can’t be relit! I also wish it were a bit stronger since the aroma is milder then I expected.🕯️💡
